They sell you The idea of the handmade noodles so you think it's fresh but there's a catch. The noodles are hand made but the other ingredients like the beef and the broth are stored in plastic containers which is mixing with the melted chemicals from the containers. They charge you $13 for four frozen dumplings. The beef was so chewy is was like eating the tyre from my car. Beware from this place.

This place is located in the Bankstown Sports Club. The freshly hand made noodles was good. The taste was ok. However the soup was served warm, which is not ideal especially in winter. The service staff was stressed over the busy lunch hours.

I had teriyaki soup which was made perfectly to my liking. The customer service was excellent. Bean looked after our table and he was so accommodating and had a great attitude. Based on the service provided alone I will definately be going back there again.

The place have a good potential. The fact that you can watch the cook make hand made noodles in front of you is very cool. However, if you are not eating meat this place is not for you. Even their vegetable and tofu noodle soups are made with chicken broth. And having a seafood or vegetarian versions is not an option. Very disappointing.

Visited on the 06/04/23The service and food was alright. Sadly nothing special I must say. The food was just ur ordinary Asian food u would get in a Chinese restaurant, nothing spectacular. By looking at your other reviews the menu has had a massive change and is considered disappointing. Maybe have a think and change your menu for happy customers. I don’t think I will go here again as improvement is most definitely needed.

Every time I visit Lucky Cheng’s I’m treated to incredible customer service by the staff, especially Bean who is always friendly and helpful. On top of that the food is great and the wait times are short. Would definitely recommend!

The restaurant is located on the ground floor, next to Canton. Their duck wrap is quite nice, as well as the beef brisket noodle. Club members get 10% off the bill. The Club membership is free now, sign up is easy at the machines located on each entrance.
