Really happy with our blinds and the service we received. Special mention to Kate for her customer service despite all the issues that covid restrictions brought about.Gary (who fitted our blinds) was a lovely man and he was in and out in 45 mins.Would definitely recommend.

I asked them to quote on replacing some vertical blinds which they did but they failed to inform me a couple pieces on my existing blinds where missing that could not be replaced as they were no longer made before they fulfilled the quoted work. They proceeded to install and when I came home there were 2 vertical panels missing (think of a smile with 2 teeth missing). I would never have replaced existing blinds had I known I couldn't replace the 2 missing panels.After repeated calls to them to discuss the issue and being told by various people that they would personally look after it, I just gave up. I must have called/emailed them 10 times to enquire as to how the problem could be fixed. And to this day nothing has been done (about a year on)Hopeless!PS. Noting the owners response about 3 years late, I was NEVER told that if they installed new panels using the existing system I'd have to contend with missing panels - I would never have chosen that option if I'd known that was the case!

BEWARE HIGH PRICE - DOESN' T EQUAL GREAT SERVICE.I had a custom roman blind made through this company - they out source this service. The fabric that was being used was very expensive and hard to get in Australia and when my blind arrived the offcut (despite repeated and very detailed instructions) was missing. Understandably, I wanted the fabric replaced but Park Shutters and blinds blamed the other company but did nothing to resolve the issue despite many phone calls and emails.Very unsatisfied and would not recommend.This happened sometime ago (1.5 years ago) but I am now replacing the fabric myself and forking out the money has reminded me that I needed to warn others that this company will do nothing if something is wrong.

Was referred by a family friend who had had there house installed with a variety of Luxaflex blinds from Cathy and Kate. Ben did a great job installing our home in Ashfield with Polysatin shutters last year and we are really pleased with how great they still look 18 months later. Thank you

Originally good to work with the retail store and their fitter installing our motorised Luxaflex blinds. We were pleased once minor bugs were fixed with the wiring.Now minor repair to fabric of one blind under warranty is required but all 4 needed to be removed back to the Luxfaflex factory. We were advised that this would only take a couple of days. This has now taken the whole week and blinds still not returned before the start of long sunny weekend. The problem appears to be delay at Luxaflex and communication between them and Park Shutters. This is very frustrating and expectation not met.Update Jan 2021 - contrary to the response from the owner, the blinds were still in the warranty period. Luxaflex did replace them once, but the measurement was too short and another replacement was needed. However the blinds were ok until finally the appropriate size replacement blinds were installed and all is well. All good now it's done, but more drama than needed by all parties.

We recently moved into a new apartment with a west facing office that was incredibly hot with full sun in summer. A friend who happens to work at the CSIRO recommended honeycomb blinds. We chose Luxaflex blinds because they had the best energy rating and we also liked the way they looked. Kate and Ben from Park Shutters and Blinds (Sydney) were incredibly helpful every step of the way. Kate’s design advice was fantastic. We chose opaque (sunblock) Duette blinds for the office. That room now stays at 22-23 degrees C all year round, which will keep the entire apartment cool and keep our energy costs down.In the loungeroom, Kate helped us choose a more translucent set of Duette blinds (in Oxford white) with a sheer left stack white curtain. The loungeroom blinds are electronic, which will keep them cleaner and you can’t see the controls, which looks really modern. This gives our loungeroom privacy but also has a light modern glow. Ben was responsible for installation and we were really impressed with his precise attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with our blinds and curtains, and our apartment looks really luxurious.

Great service; both at the showroom and via phone or email. Speedy delivery and installation even over the holiday break. We are really impressed with our first Luxaflex order and are already looking into future plans to upgrade our home with this brand now

We had the luminette sheers / blinds installed into our fully renovated apartment 12 months ago. The luminette's were the last item to be installed and are the icing on the cake of our dream home! Right from our initial showroom meeting, through to in home consultations and installation, dealing with park shutters and blinds was fantastic.A few months ago I noticed an issue with the fabric on one of the blinds and I was really upset as the issue was very noticeable and spoilt the look of these gorgeous blinds. I shouldn't have worried! A few phone calls and photos of the problem were exchanged and Park Shutters and Blinds had arranged a replacement, which was installed last week. I could not be happier with the outcome. The fix was exceptional customer service and Im very thankful to the team at Park Shutters and Blinds. I wold not hesitate to recommend them!
