I am a car rental operator on the Gold Coast for two decades now.I am always buying cars to update my fleet.I popped into Von Bibra at Robina and was warmly welcomed by Jay the manager.He dropped what he was doing and showed me around the yard as to what stock was available.Then introduced me to Leon who was very helpful and courteous.We concluded a sale on a 2019 Kia Cerato at a good price.My experience from start to finish was the best ever.I will highly recommend the high service levels and personal nature of my experience with them .I have developed a good working relationship and will be buying more cars from them.Most highly recommended.

48 month log book service including 4 new tyres. We were offered a loan car for the day the new Honda CRV BY Ainara J she was very pleasant professional and a great representative of Von Bibra. Sinatra also organised a valuation of our Honda jazz which was appreciated.

Everyone at Von Bibra Honda are very friendly and professional. It feels like they have lots of very good training. I'm not sure if that's the case, but it feels like it. Very nice premises with comfortable lounge. Their coffee machine makes some of the best cappuccino I've had on the Gold Coast. It's true. The shuttle bus drivers great to talk to, I wished I lived further away. I didn’t talk to any of the mechanics but the car wasn't running great before their service and was perfect afterwards, so I rate highly. I recommend without hesitation.

The crew at Honda in Robina are great. Not like car sales people at all actually, so we had a pleasant experience with our purchase. They looked after us and were genuine and honest, which was very welcomed.

We were looking to upgrade our Honda HRV with the latest model. We dealt with sales consultant Ethan who earned our trust throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was honest, upfront & trustworthy. He provided very prompt and professional service without being pushy, which was refreshing. Great experience overall. Will look forward to dealing with Ethan again in the next few years but he might be the manager by then. Thank you again Ethan.

Bought our second car (used) from Von Bibra today and they never fail us!.. Russell (Leon) made the whole buying experience run smoothly. Vehicles are being checked to their optimum condition before being released, even giving you a hire car when the preparations took longer than expected. Lots of perks and friendliness from the team! Keep up the good job!

Serviced my car last July and have found some issues which are still under warranty period, Here now after 6months they never got back to me and refused to replace for the parts that are clearly mentioned on my paperwork. Everytime I called them the answer was 'someone will call to discuss with me' which never happened.I don't recommend Von bibra Robina.
