As we live outside of WA, our initial dealings with Elizabeth at WA Legal were by telephone. Right from the start she was incredibly helpful and professional in her approach to our problem. The initial advice was to go to 'Relationships Australia' before any legal process could be considered.Once this was done she handled our problem efficiently, despite this being almost entirely via telephone/email, but latterly by routine visits to her offices, resulting in a satisfactory conclusion to our problem. Very hard to deal with while I was going through an extremely emotional time, including being very physically unwell, also contracting CoVid and looking after my young son also with a number of both physical and emotional health conditions. I do not recommend Elizabeth at all I'm afraid most especially with the lack of empathy that I really required.
