Fantastic service from when we walked into the store. We were left to try on our own and then a consultant came over to answer our questions. It’s not often that you get such friendly service. Our delivery arrived as promised a week later.We utilised a 30 day change over option for the brand we purchased and changed to a firmer mattress - so a very big shout out to Gus for all his help, perseverance and chasing up to arrange the swap over and delivery for us.

Have just started receiving spam texts from this store. I have tried to unsubscribe but they keep sending these. Ironic as one of the texts came through at 3am and woke me up. Ironic a store promoting good sleep woke me up with spam messages. Thanks.

Thieves. Will steal your money and be no help8 weeks ago I ordered quite an expensive order from the store. When the frame and mattress arrived after 4 weeks the quite expensive matress protector was not delivered. I called the store and the lady said it should be in soon and to expect a call from them. After 6 weeks of not receiving a call or the item I called and I asked for a refund for it as that's quite long enough I think, to which the lady on the phone said oh its probably here at the store".if its at the store then why didn't I get a call

The worst experience ever!!!I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this company! I recently purchased a bed from them, but unfortunately, there was a part that was not screwed together properly, causing it to stick out and pose a serious tripping hazard for my family.Despite numerous attempts to contact the company and request assistance with this issue, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution. It is completely unacceptable that a company would ignore a safety concern like this, and I am absolutely furious at their lack of attention to detail and customer service.Not only have they failed to address the issue with the faulty bed part, but they have also failed to provide any explanation or apology for their negligence. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take its customers' concerns seriously.I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice before making a purchase. Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is simply unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. It is unacceptable that I have had to deal with this issue for so long without any resolution, and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of concern.

First purchase - custom super king headboard. Sale was excellent. Minor delays with delivery due to COVID but Gus took the lead to keep us up-to-date with the changing situation. Overall, very happy with our purchase and service. The headboard was measured perfectly and the quality, excellent. Thank you Gus for your solid efforts to ensure our first experience with your store was a pleasurable one. Highly recommended.

Melissa at Forty Winks Jindalee helped my wife and I with the purchase of a mattress and bed for ourselves. We have bought many mattresses over the years however her knowledge was fantastic and therefore helped us understand even moreso which mattress and bed would suit us best now. Buying a good mattress is so important and therefore having a person like Melissa will not only help us but others who want great advice.

Purchased a King Koil ensemble from this company and had nothing but problems with it. Had to return the bed not long after purchase as the mattress was faulty and had to be stripped down and repaired. The same issue arose many times after that, I tried to get a refund but kept being refused. Product was still under warranty and near new visual condition. Went to the store and got told to go online and claim the warranty myself, their employee had no care in the world to help.This exact ensemble has so many negative reviews online about it (stating the exact problem I had with it) but was basically told it's my fault the bed is how it is and there's nothing wrong.To this day I still have the ensemble, that cannot be used, as it causes all sorts of discomfort and pain.Beware of this store. They do not fulfil warranty requirements and simply just rip you off.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Forty Winks Jindalee and in particular with Sue who was helpful from the time of purchase to the delivery of my bed frame.Great customer service and awesome product. Love my new Bed!
