I bought a sim card from coles that is not activity.And than I called to optus online they say they will delivery a new sim card to me in 48 hours but already pass 2 more weeks.And than I talk to their online service I donot want wait any more I want refund itthey say you need go to store BUT when I go to store say I want refund they tell me you need call online serviceWhat the ???

Been there twice last week to buy iPhone 13 pro Max on a plan and stayed there for a few minutes but no one approached for help even though not all the staff was busy and some were not attending any customers. Looks like they dont want business and may be need to learn that customer always comes first. Colonnades store is much better in terms of service.

- ∞☆'s as Patricia (manager) observed myself and my elderly mother looking at the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and told us that I could get the new watch with it as a promotion, she noticed me wearing one. I have the 2nd galaxy watch, falling apart. I took it off to show her and she invited us inside. Excited that I could upgrade from the Note9 (2018 plan) and get a new watch needed for health reasons. I spoke to Yashi and he said no

Terrible service from this establishment. Staff need proper training of the job role & customer service. I have no surprise as to why the Optus database was hacked after this visit. 3 hours wait as an existing customer to upgrade 3x contract iPhone's. Problems raised during this process and nothing seemed straight forward .It seemed all other customers within the shop had major problems too with the staff, to the point where security was called at one point with a customer. The manager of the store had dealings with a customer and told him to shut up & get out of her store" . Very unprofessional given that the customer was not rude towards her and was very calm."

Loved the customer service by Ankit. Had to wait 1 hr to get his attention. Store manager biased as was rushing him to finish my order but not the other before me. Felt I was being picked for my not being Aussie. But got what I wanted from Ankit.

Zero stars!!!!! Recently moved from my whole family from Vodafone to optus. Our initial opinion was positive, this was because of 1 individual that cared and showed the professionalism expected in a customer service role. I have since had issues with my phone hardware and the customer service was terrible. No real solutions provided/assistance offered, a very cold approach by the management (store manager Patricia). I understand the policy placed upon them by Optus, it was the manner in which they managed and communicated to the customer left me very frustrated and actually left worse off than when I entered.

I bought the iPhone 14 pro under contract through Optus, the phone was faulty. I returned to store to advise of the issue and they told me to go to apple, they could take the phone but I would be without a phone for two weeks while I await a replacement. Apple diagnosed the fault to be hardware related and replaced the phone. They same issues occurred with the replacement, so I requested through their messaging portal that I could return the phone and cancel my contract. I returned to store to return the phone and the first representative palmed me off onto another representative who told me they are not authorised to take the phone from me and to call their customer service number and request a return satchel and they will cancel my contract and refund my handset fees. So I called the number, the represent had no idea what a return satchel was, then went on to tell me about the recent data breach and that my driver license was exposed. He then asked if that was all but hadn’t actioned a return satchel. I then ended up going back into store all the representatives saw me and then looked away. Took at least 5mins of waiting before a representative finally spoke to me. She tried to palm me off to the person I spoke to earlier who was busy with a customer, so I had to wait even longer. Eventually another representative came to speak to me who advised again that they are not authorised to take the phone, so I requested to speak to the manager who also advised the same gave me an alternative number to call and basically shows me out the door again. I called the number they said I had to return the phone, I went round in circles with them trying to find a solution at which point they took me off hold told me they will cancel my contract, then put me straight back on hold. Not even 60 seconds later my phone service drops out and I get a message from Optus saying that I owe them $1,600.00+ dollars and they will be direct debuting the amount from my account…. A) what has happened to their customer service, I have been a loyal customer of Optus since 2014 and B) what happened to my rights as a consumer for a refund of faulty products? Not happy will never recommend anyone to Optus.

Very friendly staff stayed behind after the shop closed to sort out my query. 5 stars for them.However, 3 stars for Optus because I wanted my SIM upgraded to 5g from 4g and no matter how many times the Optus staff played with the settings on my phone and told me it should be working, still no 5g. So all in all it was a wasted trip

Absolutely the worst customer service! I recently changed over to Optus and it was full of trainees which is fine except for when they make mistakes and it costs me because of their inability! The store manager Patricia is the rudest most arrogant person I have ever encountered. How she even got a job in retail is beyond me but a manager is unbelievable as she is has no people skills. Their were so many people in the store shaking their head in utter shock as they had also been stuffed over! Optus do better! I was with my last carrier for 15years not one issue been with Optus for a couple months and had countless issues! Will be telling everyone I know. Optus fire her she’s costing you money and giving you a bad reputation! Oh and how’s this.. they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have my drivers license on me because I’m getting a new one after they exposed my info on the dark web by not having adequate protection for their customers. So wouldn’t even bring up my file HAHA it’s actually laughable.
