Being gluten-free, I was excited to get some fish and chips on the Good Friday public holiday. I'd called up the day before to see if they were going to be open on the public holiday and if they still did gluten-free. They were, but when I went in on the public holiday, they advised me they weren't providing any gluten-free options as they needed to use all the fryers for general orders instead. It was a bit disappointing. Not sure if they do this on other public holidays.I will say that generally, their quality of service and food is great and would recommend them.Cash only in-store.

Best fish and Chips around. I dint go anywhere else. Very good price for all of there food. Staff are Amazing and friendly.

Very disappointed. This was my first time trying this fish and chip shop and it will be my last. There was a lengthy delay waiting for my meal. When my number was finally called I was told I had to wait again cause they had forgotten a dim sim. When I got home (not even 5 minute drive) the potato cakes were cold, dim sims undercooked to the point I couldn't eat them and the batter around the fish was still soft. I would not recommend going here.

How can they have a cash only business. They should be reported. Money is the one item that carries more germs than anything else. With covid 19 still killing thousands this is one place that would be a super spreader. The food was not amazing for the price. Maby other fish and chip places in the area that take card and have better food. Only reason we tried this place was because other places were closed on that day.

Food is good but not always consistent. They are often very busy and sometimes have lost or stuffed up my order.

First time ordering from here & could not even get a simple fish & chips order. Got delivered just the chips, they were semi warm, delicious but when I called them, the manager couldn't even get my order right & referred me to staff who were much more pleasant.I would highly recommend you don't order fish, mine was smelly & slimey & a poor excuse for a grilled fish. Wasted $20 on this. Never again.

We just had possibly the worst fish and chips we have ever had. Chicken croquettes were burnt, chips were poorly cooked and so was everything else. This place used to be awesome but it looks like the care for the food has dropped significantly.
