Customer service done right!!!... I had been looking for particular Wera products online and in person at the 'Red Shed' tool outlets... all I got was confusion, laziness and disinterest. I rang Mectronics and spoke with Skye, who was patient, thorough and very helpful in tracking down the elusive Wera products. Skye processed the order over the phone and arranged delivery - all done within 20 minutes late on a Friday afternoon - something that couldn't be achieved in two weeks with the Red Shed" guys This was my first purchase with Mectronics - I'll make it more of a habit moving forward."
