Happy with the service. The guy who cut expansion joints in my concrete was a top bloke. Would use them again.

Michelle Clarke and Neil Horne, the most inexperienced customer service people I’ve come across.They done a job for me where their staff had no clue how to do their work and Gus, tried to underprice the cuts he has done and pocket the cash difference.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS!!!!I called on Thursday the 2nd of August to book them in for a job on Monday the 6th at 10am. I had to call them back 3 times to confirm on Friday.I had our guys on site at 8am to start the work but needed the hole cut before they can continue.At 10.15am, I called the office, the lady told me he will be an hour away now.11.20am, still no one was there, so I called again. The lady at the office again said he will be there in an hour.12.30 I called again, the lady once again told me the guy will be another hour.I cancelled the job as I had my guys on site from 8am to now 12.30 doing nothing as they couldn't continue until the hole was cut.When we spoke with Mark and told him how this can happen, he told us to shove your job up your a**".Another guy there (Neil I believe) gave me a sob story about how things happen and sometimes guys get delayed.
