We have been very pleased with our experience with Define Property Agents in leasing our rental properties. Their communication, knowledge and expertise have been first class. I am a renter with define since 2021.Our entry inspection, was so thorough on their behalf, I was very impressed. So many accurate photos. Usually in past rentals, the photos have been clearly years old.Define are great at communicating and following up.Ensuring safety and privacy.Alice is great.As we are still renting with them, I guess I'll post an update after we move out, for that side of things.But seeing how thorough and true their entry report was(along with mine), and with us being honest renters, I don't foresee any problems.If I owned a home, I would put my trust in Define, in particular Alice, as she upholds a high standard and ethic. Marie should get a mention too as she has also been very helpful.

We had a dire situation trying to find a rental within a week. The Define team were empathetic, actually heard what we had to say and helped us in every step. They are also very quick to attend to any repairs at our home. I couldn't recommend more - they've been easily the best real estate we have worked with to date. Big shoutout to Molly for being a very responsive first port of call and to Alice for being extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry and helping us out when we needed it most.

We recently applied to lease a property on the Sunshine Coast. Molly Whiting from the Mooloolaba office was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Molly's friendly and professional manner was a delight. Her correspondence and follow up via email, phone or text was always prompt and nothing was too much trouble. We were successful with our application and found the next steps in the process efficient and straight forward. Alice Griffiths was also involved and could not have been more helpful with questions regarding the property. Alice was also prompt, professional and friendly.
