Very smooth full-online rental experience!This is the first time I didn't have to wait over an hour for registration and document verification for car rental. The pick up instructions were clear and accurate. We had to take an airport bus from the arrival terminal to long-term carpark. The car was easy to find in the very large carpark.The car was very clean inside and out, plus it was really easy to drive. Appreciate having a full tank of gas which made the first few days very easy for us to get used to.You will find the return instructions in the glove compartment upon pick-up and once again, very clear instructions.The payment was itemised and very detailed too. From beginning to end, Burswood Car Rentals made a sometimes troublesome experience very smooth and hassle-free, at a cheaper price!I'd highly recommend Burswood over any other familiar brands.

I came to burswood after seeing the wonderful reviews in Google. I hired a dual cab Toyota hillux UTE on 18/05/23 for a day. And they gave me a new truck. So I did even go for a supreme cover insurance on additional payment. Everything was going smoothly till I returned the UTE on the next day. Mrs Debbie ( hope that's the name) found a damage on the back sticker of the UTE. I'm enclosing the pics of the same. So after a chat they decided me to charge a damage fee of 48 AUD + GST. So in the end of the day I am paying much more than what a bunnings or any other store would have offered me. That too after taking a premium insurance cover. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

Was in Perth with my family early June. Got played out by Avis and we were so glad that Burswood was able to provide an excellent vehicle for us at a moment's notice. The service experience with Burswood was excellent, whatsapp super responsive and Audi was in terrific condition. Will look forward to renting fromBurswood whenever we visit Perth in future.

Most excellent car rental company. Was attended to by Trisha when I was making my pre-trip preparations and she was most helpful and patient in answering all my queries. On the day I collected my car, everything was done fast and smoothly and a female staff (apologies for not asking for your name) was most helpful in helping me familiarize with the functions of the car. Lastly, dropping off the car at the airport was a breeze. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who's looking to rent a car when they're in Perth.

We were in Perth early this year and we used Burswood for the first time. We've received excellent service and the communications was very clear. The car was clean and almost new. Having driven the car from Perth to Augusta and back - we've encountered no issues.Thanks Burswood team for making our WA trip enjoyable, and safe. I will definitely see you again when we come back.

This is the friendliest, most competent, well run Car Rental firm we have ever dealt with. The car was clean, ran very well, so easy to pick up in Burswood (even a bit early) & drop off at Perth airport with perfect instructions to do so.No grumpy staff, no making you feel like they are doing you a favour letting you have a car, just fabulous.Trisha was very helpful & always answered emails straight away. Cost was exactly what they quoted, seamless interaction with everyone in the office. Our experience with Burswood Car Rentals was great. From the time of booking to time of returning the car, the communication was friendly, prompt, clear and everything was as described. The ease of pick up and return were a welcome relief after long days of travelling with a very tired, small child! Much cheaper than hiring From a company at the terminal. We will definitely use them again when we are next in Perth and fully recommend them.
