Buying was great. All the attention you desire. Deal was great.Ask for them to call you back afterwards, don't hold your breath.Becomes very frustrating being told service advisor/manager, is not available right now, but I will get him/her to call you back. But no call back.Took six phone calls and a lot of hassling for someone to respond. Guess what - couldn't answer the question anyway.What makes that even more frustrating, is when Jaguar are rung, they don't have technical advise available. They tell you the service advisor at the dealership, is the technical info source.Great car. Great Jaguar event invitations, just lousy system and service.And I don't even have a problem that I am complaining about.

Disappointed with their after sales service. It's non-existent - they couldn't resolve my gearbox issue over the past few years and they blamed my driving style for it instead. Claimed their diagnostic system couldn't identify a fault, although the video I sent them was evidently clear that it was locked into first gear from the sound it was making. Their GM never returned my calls to discuss my issue - that was 2 months ago. Land Rover have lost me as a customer as these recent experiences were just not taken seriously enough.

Limited range. Limited staff limited interest in customers. Will buy from a different dealer. Also difficult access

Bought a Jaguar and referred to Kemal service Manager. He really looked after us and Provided great friendly advice and a very fair price.

I had the worst service experience ever at Purnell Jaguar today. I can only assume there has either been a change of ownership or management for there to have been such a negative dramatic change. After 4 hours, I had to leave with the issues unresolved but $800 lighter.NEVER AGAIN !

Great to deal with. They went above and beyond expectations. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

4 weeks later and still can't believe it.Walked in with the family to see if the F-Pace SVR would be large enough.Cars all locked and was as if asking the impossible to open to see the internal size.When I asked about a test drive they said no people just normally buy the car. There was one being driven by a staff member daily home so strange could not be used for a customer test drive.Then told has to buy their cars in-stock otherwise no V8 ever again.Push push pushy.Left disappointed and would never return.Glad Alexandria's and Artarmon Jaguar are not the same. Both offered a test drive.Both not pushy, both didn't tell me porkies.Purnell I would expect the complete opposite but after telling my story to others, they have experienced the same.

Looking at an affordable car around 50k

Brilliant experience with the service staff on some post delivery fixes.

The only place I will ever trust when it comes to car buying! Kamal in service has made my experience with this company nothing short of incredible. Can not recommend this place any higher!
