Excellent array of products at affordable prices. It’s well located within the shopping centre right next to the southern food court end of centre. I’ve personally shopped at the Werribee Big W many times and their customer service has also been excellent. Highly recommended.

Large big w that is well stocked with lots of kind, friendly staff who happily approach you to help and for a chat. Today a member realeased a trolley for me after seeing me struggle to locate a coin. Great range of kids books for good prices, lots of art and craft supplies and back to school supplies currently available. Located within the pacific shopping centre, easy to locate near the secondary food Kurt and kids play area.

Poor returns policy , wanted to EXCHANGE a baby jumper and top purchased yesterday (top had stains on it , realised after I got home) staff member said they can’t exchange or refund clearance items and that there was signs all through the store stating this. Was only able to locate one sign at the self serve counter on their coat hanger bin (refer to photo) it says no returns for change of mind .. absolutely nothing about no exchanges . Anywho, staff member even refused to exchange the stained item unless there was the same item in stock and this was only because I argued with them . If I hadn’t of spoken up I would have been walking back out with the same stained top. Update your policy so customers are aware !!! Absolutely appalling .

CLICK AND COLLECT I WAITED FOR A VERY LONG TIME CONSIDERING THE CASUAL STAFF THAT are currently unemployed and unable to work due to the pandemic you would think instead of cutting costs they would put more staff on to service customersThe line here is not the only reason for the one starThis store does not answer there phone even though you are given the phone number for online orders. Despite a commitment of sameDay click and collect we waited a full 2 business days to collect some stocked items - toys for our kids. Watch the deceiving behaviour being used by large department stores throughout these times

I went to BIG W the other day and liked the display bedding, but the 5 team members had no idea where the stock was, the pricing, or a code to search it up. To say you only have one display bed is a pretty poor service. You also wasted 40 minutes of my time. Till the last team member had to search through the catalogue.

Big W at the Werribee plaza has great products for awesome prices. I buy a lot of my two boys clothes there as there in daycare and run around and ruin most there clothes at this age anyways.I find that there products last well for there price. Track pants and sweaters for $4 a piece. Now that’s a bargain!!!! & my kids look cute in them as well.

Pretty good store. Lots of stock. Lots of checkouts available. I did however circle the store a few times before finding what I wanted. Not too many staff available when I looked. Overall though, I was happy. I got what I needed.The Big W is a part of the shopping centre so it can get busy. There is lots of parking.

Prices are competitive and good variety of toys available. We went to buy a lego set for our 8 year old and after checking prices elsewhere, we ended up getting it from here.
