The staff are always so accommodating, friendly and attentive to ours and our pets needs. They always go above and beyond providing the best care for our fur babies!

Oscar passed away after our 1st visit the next day on the way to the vetlounge in the car in my daughter in law's arms. When we reached the vetlounge he was declared deceased. Since we were all crying they were very considerate and supportive and gave us space to mourn our beloved ♥️ Baba Oscar.

Last week we showed up late (almost closing time) after watching our cat eat a Hair Tie. The Vet lounge team was awesome & even stayed back to help our cat Meatball. Dr Andres made sure both Meatball & us we comfortably & took the time explained the procedures (we were quite upset). The team made sure it was quick & easy for us all! Thank you so much to all the Vet Lounge team especially Dr Andres.

Seen straight awayDog given pain relief via injection. Was sent home with medication, which kept my dog pain-free for 5 days prior to surgery on his knee.Awesome professionals.Thank you.Ray Delfos

We have been very fortunate to work with the vet lounge in Coomera and Ormeau after being referred by a friend when needing help for my birds. Everyone at the vet lounge has been so amazingly nice, attentive , caring and just really take that extra step to really make you feel like they care . They always found a way to get our birds seen , both the bird specialists we dealt with were so lovely . Maddison has been constantly and continually informative and helpful. I sadly don’t remember the name of the bird specialist we had at the Ormeau vet. She had the sad job of letting us know our little bird did not make it. They were extremely supportive . She even prepared our bird nicely so we could take her and say goodbye . We were extremely grateful for everything they have done for us . But what was not expected was the vet lounge to send us a beautiful hand written card with seeds to plant in a garden for our feather baby. That’s just a beautiful personal touch that really meant a lot to us . Thank you to everyone at the vet lounge . From the lovely ladies at reception to everyone that works there, thank you for all your hard work . We would absolutely recommend everyone to go there and we will be using them as our go to vet moving forward. They are extremely helpful, trustworthy and reliable.

Always have positive interactions with the staff here. They are friendly, have a passion for what they do, and you can see that they really care about the well-being of your pet. It’s also great to be spoken to like a normal person and not in ‘medical speak’ and then patronising tones as they explain what they just said in layman’s terms like at some other places. Their treatment costs are also extremely well priced for those concerned with their hip pocket.

Not usually ideal when you have to take a pet to the vet - but the staff are always friendly and attentive.Thanks for all you do for our pets.

I left my two cats here for 9 days, they came home safe and sound and happy, the girl working there, sorry can not remember her name, but she seemed genuine in her love for cats, and made me feel happy to leave them there, my one complaint would be the smell, the floating floor is not a good choice for the place, a vinyl floor would be better for clean ups. Also a wifi camera would be great for owners to login and view there pets AH.
