I've been involved with Tang Soo Tao for over 2 decades now and can't rate the organisation highly enough. From coordination, discipline to effective self defense techniques, fitness to a great social network I highly recommend anyone checking it out and seeing what they might be capable of. Great not for profit traditional values club
