Mark is a friendly, honest and reliable trademan. He knows his job very well. He is now on my on-call list if l have any roof problems.

I came to know about Mark Leotta of Pacific Roofing through his HiPages account and hired him to carry out some important Strata wide roof maintenance job. We are in a 1989 built Strata complex that houses villas and semi-detached villas (total 14 units).His quote was the lowest and was far away from the other quotes we received. He was soft spoken and well mannered. His HiPages reviews were all positive and even the Google reviews sounded positive.In his quote, he promised to replace cracked tiles with replacement tiles that he already had and address issues with repointing of roof ridges, fixes to rusted roof valleys and cracked flashings.In reality, he did a poor job. He applied silicone to cracked tiles, silicone to cracked flashings and never really addressed the Strata wide roofing issues. Our Strata management tried reaching out to him as well as I did. There was absolutely no response from him. We are planning to take him to Fair Trading.After his work, we had roof leaks in 4 units so far. What we understood from our experience was, he underquoted us to win the job and decided that he would do something else than what was promised. As we trusted him due to his soft demeanour, we didn't follow up on his stated works on the roof of 14 units. There were no before and after pictures.There was one time, he returned back to fix rusted gutter sections and he had inadvertently caused damage to the soffit fibre board. He replaced it without fuss.I will certainly not recommend him with any major works! I wrote our experience as a review on HiPages and apparently HiPages does not publish negative experiences with Tradies/Businesses. So, you have been warned here.

Mark did roof repairs for us. We were very impressed that despite bad weather he turned up to the job and finished it in pouring rain. Very professional and reasonable. Highly recommended.

I called Mark for a roof issue. Came in the same day to check the problem. Took few days to give a quote to which I accepted the same day but since never answered to any of my messages or voicemails. Very unreliable.

One of the best guy in the norwest area. Mark didn't even charge for some minor work he did in addition to the replacement of broken tiles at my place.Highly recommended.

We've used Mark at Pacific Roofing for a few jobs now and was initially pleased with his work. He was able to resolve some leaks that other roofers couldn't fix. The issue was that every time one leak was fixed another one would appear. In the end it seemed as though he ran out of ideas to the prevent leaks.

Even though it was only small job. Mark came out when promised he would, did the repair, very competitive price and overall very professional. Highly recommended.
