Highly recommend Forty Winks Cheltenham! Very happy with the service I received here! The staff here are very warm and welcoming from the moment you step foot in the store the staff are very quick to approach you and offer their assistance and find out what exactly your after and your requirement’s. Also not pushy in anyway to purchase anything. Very patient and helpful in helping you decide what you want and offering idea’s of what best suit’s the customer’s requirement’s. I came in here early this year (2022) to lay by a new Bed frame which I fell in love with from the moment I laid eye’s on it and Zac was very helpful in organising the lay by for me and very patient in allowing me sufficient time to come in and make payment’s which I was very appreciative for. I was actually so impressed with Zac’s service that recently I decided to add new bedside lamp’s and a new Tallboy for my bedroom which I was going to go to a cheap furniture store elsewhere and pay next to nothing but as I was so impressed with Zac’s service (Re my Bed Frame lay by) I decided to return here to buy my bedside lamps and tallboy and pay that little bit extra to receive Zac’s helpful advice and service. I’m very impressed! Keep up the good work Forty Wink’s! I will be back in the future!

Ending up buying a bed....Just to correct myself it was not Cheltenham store it was Springvale. My apologies. BUT delivery was so Dissapointing $70.00 and only deliver to my area 1 day of the working week.had to take day off work to accommodate delivery. Extra $30.00 for Saturday delivery. Asked for delivery receipt and was told by the driver we don't give out receipts. Forty winks didnt pass on my instructions very well to delivered as my phone number was not attached to the order. I'm so glad l follow up on these things otherwise l would still be waiting for the mattress. Do your homework before you decide to order it will save your stress levels

Very happy with the service from walking into the shop right up to delivery. Lyle allowed me to choose a bed at my pace and wasn’t pushy, gave me a delivery time, communicated with me 2 weeks later to let me know it was coming earlier than expected. The delivery team then communicated with me to say it was coming even earlier. Then rang me on the day to say they are 20 minutes away - which was correct. Richard then face timed with me to assist in putting that bed together. First class service by everyone involved.

Went here to check out Mattresses, explained what i wanted out of a mattress. Due to various issues, including Arthritis, explained i required a mattrees that was soft and that would mould to my body, preferring memory foam.Initially shown a mattress that was absolutely perfect, but $500 over my budget.Then shown a Latex, said I didnt want Latex as I know it is renowned to be hot. Tried the mattress out and it appeared to be comfortable. The consultant did big sales pitch, saying it ticked all my boxes, he said he had the same mattress, adding he had back issues and it was a superb mattress the best mattreaa he had sleot on. He reassured me it was definitely not hot having 'infused gel' and again reassured me it would mould to my body.One month on, worst mistake, the mattress is hot, even with a cooling topper, and I am now suffering a sore back, which I've never had before from a mattress, and NO it doesnt mould.I can't sleep on my back, nor side, and can only try to get comfortable by sleeping on my front.After a month of broken sleep went back and basically been told, your hard luck, mayb it needs to be made softer but at my expense. To make matters worse the mattress I orginally wanted went on sale 5 days after I purchased the current mattress and the price went down to within my budget. Any reputable company would have advised of this possibility.It's clear Forty Winks Cheltenham put sales first, before cutomer service and couldnt give a damn I've wasted $3,500 on the worst recommended mattress, with no recourse.
