Terrible customer service. Still ! They don't stock the most recent of products. 5 messages left for Telstra Rockhampton over the past 2 days, with ZERO call backs. 7 messages left for T Rton over a 5 day period back in Nov of last year which still have not been returned. Have been with Telstra for many years, but am seriously considering moving to Optus !

Alice, you are an absolute gem!After 3 months and ~12 hours of being passed around by Telstra, I finally have a second sim card.I would like to see some acknowledgement of this review, but sadly Telstra's disregard for their customers also seems to extend to the few really good employees that remain.

Had the best, most professional, and efficient service from Angel. Couldn't fault her one bit. She was so accommodating, upfront and gave me the best packages that suited my pocket and lifestyle. Really wish more service consultants like her existed.

Took my Dad to sort out a new phone. We were met with the most pleasant staff member on arrival( didn't get her name)Had a very short wait and then Shauna took my Dad through the process. Answered his questions with ease and it was just a great experience for him. Thankyou Shauna.

The store continues to hang up when I call, trying to see if my device is ready to collect. I listen to the options patiently then select the appropriate options (tried various) then they hang up anyway. Very bad form Telstra.

Why have a store at all? I rang and said i want to buy 2 phones and get 2 plans. 1 appt time available today which was the only time I couldn't go in, and then none for another two days. Or you can come in and there is a 2 to 3 hour wait.

Another terrible experience with false information and just seriously not meeting appointment expectations. At the point where I don't care if you own all the towers I'm fed up with the system in place for customer care.

The worse store, the staff dont care. Sat for almost 1 hour after been told will only be 10 minutes 3 times. Then for the fella to stuff up the account and delete my email of the account and then thought he could create a new email account for no reason.. disgusting service from all. It never changes.
