Oyster Bridge was amazing, a must do at low tide, its like swimming in an aquarium! So many fish and coral. Beautiful lagoon for kids to swim too. Great spot to set up for a day of swimming, snorkelling and relaxing

Recommend visiting during low tide you will see the oyster bridge more clearly. When snorkelling ensure you snorkel to the right behind the oyster bridge (if looking at the beach). There is spectacular fish and reef there. Definitely worth a visit. We loved our time here. More images Instagram: @saltandcharcoalau and Facebook Salt and Charcoal AU

Awesome spot for Snorkelling.Access from the north during turtle season via access road but 4WD is a must as you climb 3 dunes. Well worth the trip.

Warning: 1080 poison in baits are spread in this area. Sunny the dalmatian has been killed by this stuff ( birds will pick these things up and drop them miles from the original baiting area).

4wd only. With high tide and calm weather (small swell & no wind) go around the bridge snorkeling to see sharks sleeping under the rocks and ,if lucky, some dolphins. Beware of waves/current, might push you towards the bridge. No facilities, take nothing but photographs, leave nothing but footprints.

After travelling from the east coast - this has to be the best snorkelling for young children ever. It’s sheltered by an angled reef and as it’s at the end of a fun 4WD track, it’s not packed like coral bay. Colours were amazing and lots of variety of fish. You can go on ocean side of reef if you want to see more - perfect for whole family.
