This is an excellent company, a great Australian manufacturer! We have a Seeley International evaporative AC in our home in Adelaide, never missed a beat for many years. It works fantastically for our climate and is very energy efficient. I have worked for Seeley as a contractor myself and they were one of my best customers, they look after their people and they were very good to me, which is refreshing. Seeley are great to deal with and clearly have good business principals, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a high quality AC system, the great thing is that they are not only manufactured in Australia, but they are also the best in the business.

I had a Braemar TQM623 central ducted heating installed three months ago. Worked beautifully for the first month, then NON-STOP issues ever since. Multiple visits from various employees and even a Braemar 'specialist' have investigated and made changes, but now deny that what I am experiencing is an issue. They say it's NORMAL - minimal air flow from some vents, heater taking up to 2.5 minutes to start; incredibly hot air coming out of the vents even at 16degrees; noisy/vibrating unit, the list continues... now regretting my decision and deciding to cut my losses and get a refund. Why did I not read these reviews before purchasing??? BE WARNED.

Very happy with all aspects of their service, easy and honest to deal with. I would recommend the guys from Gawler SA anytime.

I'd give zero stars if I could.Customer service is abysmal.My install was booked for October- then moved to November....then moved to January 2022.I waited and waited for a reschedule date, and was told someone would call me....never happened.I paid for my a/c in September 2021.To have to wait 5 months- when the majority of summer is over- is simply unaccetable.Customer servce staff couldn't care less- offering their less-than-sincere-apologies, and simply stating parrot-fashion that the business had 'overcommitted their install schedule'.....seriously?! By 5 months?I would advise potential customers to go anywhere BUT this business.Avoid like the plague...less than zero stars.

I purchased a Braemar split system earlier this year through the retailer. I’ve had issues ever since. The retailer that installed it had put up a unit that had a crack on it. After having multiple workers in to replace the cover the unit still made a cracking noise. This then got passed onto Sealy who sent a technician weeks later. The technician said he would speak to a manager to get it replaced. A month later and I’ve still not heard anything! Terrible service and very disappointing. When buying a new product you don’t ever expect to have multiple technicians (I’m talking 5-6) in your home replacing parts etc etc let alone the supplier not doing a thing! Sealy when will you fix my air conditioner????

I always love to support Australian made products. Unfortunately the products that Seeley produce are of extremely poor quality. For the first 5 years of my heaters life it faulted about annually and now that it’s out of warranty they don’t want to know about it. They have failed to fix the root cause of the problems and will not replace the faulty unit because they’ve just kept resetting the faults just to get it through the warranty period. Also their customer service is generally appalling and they won’t do a thing until they have your credit card details, even for units under warranty. Please avoid.

I read the reviews here of poor support and warranty but I'm writing to say my experience was different.5 years ago we purchased a central heating and add on cooling unit from a retailer in VIC that went bust before they installed our unit. I was really worried that we would not have any warranty since the retailer that went out of business didn't give us a compliance cert. But I Seeley International reviewed my case in detail, verified that I had done all the necessary servicing and parts replacement, and Seeley International helped us get an EXTENDED warranty! Talk about going above and beyond!Braemar as a brand has not failed us and we stay warm and toasty throughout winter. I replaced a 20+year old Breezaire that provided faithful services with a similar unit 5 yrs ago. I have not had 1 summer season since where it has not broken down. Thats progress. Will not recommend this brand any more.
