I used to be very happy with this pharmacy but was overcharged for a script by $280. When I spoke to staff about this they told me there was nothing that could be done and kept passing the blame. There was absolutely no attempt made to try and rectify the issue and the attitude from staff was 'too bad'. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

We were visiting Cairns and my wife ran out of her medications, with all the scripts left in our usual pharmacy.The chemist spent time contacting our pharmacy in Brisbane and my wife got her scripts faxed and filled.Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I tried to get my script filled, and the medication was out of stock from the supplier.The lovely staff in the dispensary rang all the other TerryWhite stores untill they found it.

Waited 40 minutes for my scripts, when I got home the label for hypo kit for one child was on a tube of cream for another child.So many of my family have complained about the attitude of the pharmacist. This pharmacy has gone downhill 100%

This pharmacy used to be my go - to for many years, unfortunately I have noticed some aspects go down.I am not asked any questions when getting prescription or OTC medication (Something all pharmacies should do), nor am I regularly offered the choice of generic or original brand meds so I am always given the most expensive brand first.Pharmacists are competent and friendly in what they do - and will talk to me about new medication which is great! But I am worried that the pharmacy assistants need a little more training or guidance. When I ask a question about a product more often than not they don't know much. Very friendly however.There have been times I have stood at the tills waiting to be served for 5+ minutes without anyone realising I am there, even when there are many employees and store is not busy.Products are on the pricy side, and near expiring or expired products on the shelf are still there or not labelled.The staff are very friendly and wanting to be helpful, plus the store is always clean and tidy hence the 2 stars. I have worked in pharmacies for almost 8 years, and this one has become very touch and go. But I have good hopes it'll bounce back :)

The customer service is nowhere to be seen.Stood at the counter for 5min and no one would even come over, even after looking my way.I would rather spend my money at another chemast.

Trying to support local businesses, I have been using this pharmacy. This morning, after quite a lengthy wait, I was served by a young lady at the checkout, where I was overcharged by $82.70. No complaints about the staff attitudes, but it is unfair to put an inexperienced staff member on the checkout at busy times. I don't think Mario would have been impressed.

Told we have a 1pm appointment for a covid booster shot.Get here and told they don't do appointments, even for a highly disabled old woman and has to finish all their scripts first.It's quiet and the staff are laughing about the weekend.

This has been my pharmacy for years and the decline in service over the last few months has been extremely noticeable. One particular pharmacist is extremely rude and withholds prescription medication from disabled children because she thinks she knows better. This is medication my child's been on for years, no issue from any other pharmacist here, until this woman started. When questioned about this, she turns nasty and belittles you, spouting that 'im a pharmacist, I know what I'm talking about'. Completely disregarding a PAEDIATRICIANS prescribed treatments. I argued with her about this, because I didn't understand her reasoning and she told me, essentially to take my scripts elsewhere. I WILL NOT be pushed out. Not sure how to have her held accountable, but she needs to be taught how to interact with people. She's not the right fit for this pharmacy. It's such a shame that one egotistical, condescending nasty woman can bring down a family friendly pharmacy on her own. It would be fabulous if someone could get in contact with me regarding this woman.EDIT TO ADD: No resolution from company, little regard for customers and their complaints.
