I recently had the pleasure to deal with the European Watch Gallery. I dealt with Adam in particular and also the owner Shonie. The are both fantastic people. They are honest, trustworthy and full of passion in what they do which reflects on their amazing customer service. My experience was beyond expectations and I am only full of praise for them. Professional and easy to deal with. I'd been in the store before several times and, since the staff were always friendly, I then went there when I needed to sell a watch. Everything was above board, I received a fair price (it was the amount I was expecting), and they transferred the funds immediately. I highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of discovering European Watch Gallery after a long, hard search for a particular time piece. Not only did they have the watch I was searching for, but their customer service and response times are immaculate (Especially considering I am an international buyer from Canada) Regardless of the different time zones, there was constant communication throughout a thread e-mails, in which they made the buying and shipping process easy clear to me. Bought an Omega Seamaster though Adam- was super quick and easy to deal with. Watch arrived at my house the following day and is the best packing I have encountered.
