Mel is a lovely, friendly, caring person, passionate about what she does and making sure her clients get the best out of Pilates. I started seeing her on the recommendation of my physio after a chronic shoulder injury was taking quite a while to recover, something that had drained a lot of my confidence in my body’s abilities. A few Pilates sessions in and my shoulder was feeling better and my confidence was returning... a couple of months in and I’m well and truly hooked. Mel is really encouraging as a teacher, knows what she’s doing and has got me to do things I wouldn’t have thought I could do. If you’re thinking about Pilates on the Central Coast, I definitely recommend Your Whole Body Health.

Mel has been my Pilates instructor for the last few years now and I can highly recommend her. She is highly professional, attentive and to top it off a really lovely lady.

After I completed my first Pilates sessions with Mel I knew I would be back.At the time I had shoulder and hip problem and Mel tailored every class to my current physical state and I felt more flexible and without pain after every session. A few months down the track I have no pain and my body feels stronger again.We work hard and we laugh a lot and every time we finish I am already looking forward to my next session with Mel. She is an amazing human being, very knowledgeable yet humble and definitely inspirational.
