Highly recommend Shane and his team for their prompt and efficient service. Thorough and professional advice and standard of work plus affordable pricing with genuine care and attention to detail. They completed the supply and installation of carpet to my elderly mother's home whilst offering friendly communication and first class service throughout. Shane supervised and provided a seamless process whilst he also personally inspected the property and arranged access for his contractors to the property, as I live a long distance from where the job had to be completed. This was a great gesture and he certainly went that extra measure (in horrendous weather conditions) to faciltate a great outcome. Many thanks.

My experience of this place was unhelpful and very rude I was told that in my world all choices flooring shops would be the same.I went to the choices flooring store in Dandinong and it was completely different the gentleman as soon as we entered his store was so helpful showed me what I asked for so now I will be spending $10000 with him instead of my local store and he told me that all stores carry the same stock apart from a few items

I popped in to have a look at some carpets and browse. The customer service was really to the point and great. I'd never bought carpet before and wasn't sure what sort of prep I should do before ordering, and they didn't get annoyed with my questions.

Great experience from start to finish. Kaz in the office allowed me to take as many samples home as I liked.Kahn and Shane both attended my home to measure and discuss options. Excellent team to deal with. Very happy with the price, installation and quality of the carpet we chose. Would highly recommend.

We had a floating floor installed in our entry, kitchen, dining and hallway. It was installed on the 19/04/2021. At first everything was amazing and the floor came up great.However on the 21/02/2022 we noticed a lump and crack in one of the boards in the kitchen area. We phoned up and initially the service was great, by the 28/02/2022 we had a visit from the sales rep. He confirmed it was an installation error and they will be in touch to repair.This is where the real problems began, we waited three weeks before we called asking for an update. We were told we weren't forgotten and someone would be in contact soon with a date. A further three weeks passed, this time the installer had fallen ill. Another three weeks pass and this time the sales rep has Covid, not sure how that affects the installer coming out to repair his shoddy work.Finally on the 20/05/2022 the installer came out to repair the floor. After pulling up half the kitchen, the rock left under the floor causing all this drama was found. Lucky for us we had spare boards as they had none available, not sure what their plan was if we didn't have any.If this was all that happened I would not be writing this negative review and advising you to steer clear of this place, but the relaid floor was done terribly and the original problem would have been better. We now have six joins that have a lip and you catch your shoes on. After we noticed this we called up to complain, needless to say my complaint wasn't well received. It has been another three weeks and we are yet to hear from them at all.You can see photos of the lump and crack, the rock left under the floor by the installer and lips on the new joins they have left.Do not go here.

We absolutely love our new carpet. Installation was easy and stress free. The team at Parkdale are extremely professional and knowledgeable of all their products. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from Louise at choice flooring parkdale , from choosing timber floor type right thru to pricing and installation. Tradies that came to install the floor boards , did so in a timely manner and very professional service . Great advice, great Service, quick, easy and well priced. I was reluctant to go with a big brand at first but I was very impressed with everything from the quality of the floors to the professionalism of the staff and installers. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
