Bond Cleaning in Adelaide

BCIC would have to be the worst cleaning company I’ve ever encountered. They are beyond useless! They were at my house LESS than one hour for a bond clean (which should take roughly 8 hours) had to pay $480 prior to clean, and they didn’t clean 95% of the house, and the 5% they did ‘clean’ looked worse than when they started. I could not rate this company any less! Please do NOT pay any money to these crooks! Find literally anyone else! After all the mess around they still have not cleaned the property, and no refund a week later. The customer service is appalling. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I had to put on here.They also delete all comments on social media!

Agree with others, WORST ever. Asked for more money or wouldn't guarantee, didn't clean a bunch of windows that were included, laundry not clean, toilets not clean, showers not clean, oven not clean, kitchen not clean, skirting boards not done, carpets not cleaned (which was included). Cleaner arrived alone and with NO equipment then called for equipment. Agent refused to have them back and got their cleaner in at cost to me. No further contact after a response to my initial complaint. Complete scam and completely useless. AVOID!

If I could give zero I would! I paid the deposit and then the balance was charged prior to starting the work. Then I received a phone call while the cleaner was there advising they needed more time at a cost of another $120 to clean the laundry and outdoor areas properly. Laundry is stated as included in the original quote. Photo’s attached of the finished product of what I apparently paid for.Still waiting for a response for a refund of the $120... after I have sent them the same photos. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Horrible company- they didn’t clean the house properly and when I asked them to come back they took too long to get in touch with the agent that the agent hired another cleaner and took it from my bond. They wouldn’t give me any money back and were rude the whole time. I could never get in touch over the phone with anyone that could help and they just told me that someone would get back to me over email; not helpful at all. I would never use them again and am telling all my friends and family about how terrible they are.

Tried booking for an urgent bond cleaning. Called them and was given a quote and a date. Got a call the same day in the afternoon stating that the quote was wrong and that the cleaning cannot be done on the day agreed upon as well.The person who called me was rude and basically said the person I talked to was new and they will not honor anything that lady said. Also said they will just refund me my $50 deposit and hung up on me.I understand that sometimes people make mistakes and that is totally normal, what is important is how you talk to your customers after. In this situation it was handled very poorly and very appalling.PS still waiting on the refund

Outstanding customer service. They did our rental property end of lease cleaning. Great communication and they also assisted us when the agent found small issues. I would use them again. Very impressed and will recommend them further.

Worst cleaning company. Cleaners are slow and inefficient. Didn't clean anything properly. Toilets, showers, kitchen everything was still filthy. Complained to customer care about the standard of cleaning. They messed me around for hours, kept me on hold, before finally agreeing to send someone else. The people that turned up were only there for 2 hours then said they had to go to another job. I complained to customer care who told me to get other cleaners at my own expense and they would reimburse me. I got other cleaners and sent them the bill and then they said they were only willing to give half the money of the other cleaners back. These guys are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Absolute worst cleaning company I've ever delt with. Did an extremally lazy and poor job of cleaning my rental property. After 4 hours of cleaning" the property looked identical to when they started. Landlord informed me the cleaning they had done was insufficient so I contacted them in regards to getting it recleaned

Poor cleaning skills, real estate asked for a few things to be fixed up and cleaners would not go back, stated they had 7 days to go back which is ridiculous because it took more than 7 days for the real estate to go back so we couldn't have it done any earlier. This time frame is not long enough and the cleanliness of the house wouldn't change regardless of if it was one week or two weeks if no one is living there.

Used BCIC for my end of lease clean on my small 1 bedroom unit. They did a terrible first job, it did not pass the realtors inspection, so they had to attend a second time and once again, upon inspection from realtor it still did not pass the inspection. Whole areas not cleaned properly - especially the bathroom. Exhaust fan not cleaned, shower recess and tiles ignored, blinds not touched even though I paid extra for this. It's a shame because the customer service was good upon making the booking, but the cleaners really let them down as a business. I would suggest you find cleaners elsewhere!!!! This has been a giant pain for me and the real estate agent.
