I visited Wollongong city motors to purchase a hyundai late 2022. I was greeted by Anthony krauss. I found him to be very welcoming, he went out of his way to show me around different vehicles and their features.Having visited a few car dealers- I found him to be very down to earth, friendly and keen to help rather than just push a deal like some of the others I met. Although the vehicle I ordered was significantly delayed Anthony remained professional and updated me at regular intervals.I would recommend anthony to anyone looking for a vehicle, and think Wollongong city motors are very lucky to have him as genuine, long term employees with his knowledge and people skills are hard to find. I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai i30 through Wollongong City Motors. Their service was amazing. Although there were extensive delays of my car being shipped Ryan and the team handled the issue professionally, with continuous updates. When my car arrived in Australia there were more delays getting it off the ship, although not the car dealerships mistake Ryan offered to give me a courtesy car free of charge until my car arrived.I would definitely recommend purchasing a new car from Wollongong City Motors and if you are after a Hyundai I would definitely ask to speak to Ryan for advice.I could not be happier!

Tuscon had recent 45k service. Could not fault the customer service. Thankyou to Taylor for taking the time to provide a lift to the city centre whilst vehicle in for service. Also the car was washed and vacuumed as well. Great work !

Paid $470 for 90km change of oil and air filter. They had the car for 3 hrs. Did nothing else. Biggest scammers and rip off. Suggest to shop around and you don’t have to go to them to have your log book stamp by them. Complained to manager. Apologised and gave excuse that the guys are not trained in Hyundai. No other offer. Told them not coming back. They don’t care as they have enough fools going to them. Monopolised service so that way they are the only competition. Give other car services a go at least they will know your name and provide you with that personal touch.

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from City Motors Group. Ryan McTaggart looked after my purchase and he was absolutely faultless. I needed the car as soon as possible due to work and calendar commitments and even in the current sales amd delivery climate Ryan was friendly, accommodating and the whole process was seamless. Ryan explained every part of the process and made himself available anytime I needed to call - nothing was too much trouble.I organised my vehicle finance in-house as well and after helping me to explore all of my lending options, Jeyda ensured fast and informed processing of my application. I had approval within the hour and forms were ready and waiting for me to sign off on at my convenience.
