Multi-Cool Air Conditioning

The staff and service are excellent. We recently installed two air-conditioning units. The contact with staff and the work from start to finish was very efficient and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Multi Cool Pty Ltd for installation and service of air-conditioning units.

We received excellent service from the guys at Multicool. They were prompt in quoting and within the week we had the air conditioner installed. The team who did the installation were polite, cleaned up and also did a very neat job. I would recommend this business.

My Daikin ducted A/C was installed by this Multicool just over 3 years ago, so they were my first point of call when the system was not cooling properly.During sweltering heat it took them a week to come out, another week to get the quote finally, after several calls from me. They diagnosed a gas leak and $ 1130 to fix. When they failed to show up on the day arranged to start repairs I started to make enquiries with other companies as to why re-gassing should be necessary. The answer was re-gassing should never be necessary at all - if installed correctly!Due to their poor customer service and losing confidence in this company I decided to get the experts in and called Daikin in. After thorough investigation and testing I have now had it repaired (at great expense) and received the report from Daikin: Slow gas leak due to non standard suction flare (too large) and the inside of the flare is not deburred. Small leak on the suction flare due to the expansion and contraction of the oversized flare when the unit is operating.It took 3+ years for the problem to grow but Multicool does not take any responsibility for faulty installation that caused this problem.NOT COOL - Multicool!Thank you for your response, Mr Multicool.I guess you are still too busy to contact me regarding the faulty installation in the first place?Glad to hear that you have passed on my comments to the relevant department though.UpdateIt's been several months and I was surprised to be contacted by Multicool. Profuse apologies on their part and a review resulted in being paid approx half of the Daikin invoice to repair their faulty installation. They cited Daikins excessive cost" (even though their quote was similar) and distorted the actual facts of what happened to suit their narrative and justify a reduced payout. Stand by my 1 star review."

When our old air con died, replacement turned out to be problematic.The whole setup has to be redesigned due to poor original installation design including under capacity. Some companies declined to quote!! Multicool however accepted the challenge using initiative and good practice delivered a system that delivers! The installation staff were courteous & very considerate, including cleaning up totally. What could have been a nightmare install turned into a great experience. congratulations to Glen Chapman & his crew. Well done!

Glenn and his team were excellent. I had a complicated renovation and a few other air conditioning companies said we could not have a ducted AC due to a very narrow roof space. Multicool found a way and saved us thousands of dollars. The installers were on time, very friendly and cleaned up beautifully. Fantastic workmanship and attention to detail. I have no issues giving them 5 stars and would happily use them again.

The previous owners of our house had a ducted system installed but it was not functioning properly. I called Multi-cool and their technician Ben identified the problem. Too many vents were operating on one of the sections. Glen the manager arranged for the system to be balanced and the difference is incredible, we now have a system which cools and heats efficiently. The company is both knowledgeable and efficient and the staff are very friendly.I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.Alec from Gilston

I have dealt with Muticool a couple of time and found their service extremely good. Yesterday (morning) I needed to call them again for an issue with a water leak in our apartment ceiling. The response and action from every member of staff to my issue yesterday was nothing short of excellent. They set a very high standard of professionalism that others could learn from. Even though they were busy due to the day’s temperatures and humidity they still managed to have our system repaired by the afternoon. Unbelievable!
