Working in automotive retail I can understand the difficulties of the job. Called up and had plenty of questions to ask about a particular alternator and the gentleman that served me was very patient, friendly, and showed genuine interest in helping me solve my problem. I rang for a late order (4:30pm) and I asked if I sent my currier around there that we would be able to pick it up! she said that is perfectly fine. I get a call 4:45pm'we were not able to pick this up as they have already closed'I am not happy and I will be ring them when they open.
