Mal helped me out with some quotes for my floor. I went somewhere else in the end, but not because of price or service - these guys were great. Recommend going in store, their phone manner isn't great and the guy who came out to quote smelt of smoke and it was gross. But in store is where you will get the good stuff.

We have recently had Just Carpets at Virginia, QLD, re-carpet two of our investment houses. The guys there running the business, in particular Malcolm were very helpful with the entire process. From lending us samples of carpets so we could match against the paint on the walls at each property. They planned everything as we needed to in with when painting was occurring, when they would remove the old carpets, to when the concrete would be cleaned, finally when the new carpets would be installed. All of which was done to the exact scheduled we planned together. The work was great. Cannot recommend this company high enough.

I had a carpet install booked in early morning and on my way in to open up the building for the installers I received a call from Anthony to say that he was short two workers due to them calling in sick with COVID and the install may be delayed. He called me back in a short while to say he had diverted one of the installers to my job and they were there in about 30 minutes. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

The guy on the phone last week was helpful and friendly.We went into the store today and the portly English guy could barely bother to get up from his chair. His lack of interest and arrogance was incredible and it was obvious that he is well and truly over selling carpet. We left.

If I could give them zero star I would. They didnt do the removal job probably and damaged your furniture without compensation. The removal of old flooring wasn't clean enough so installation had to reschedule end up you living on the bare concrete with dust everywhere for two weeks.All they care is to have your business and after that they just change to different person. Never solve the problem and very rude to communicate. Make you scare to have them in the house to do the job.

I always deal with Anthony who has always looked after me. I don't bother going anywhere else as I know the price is always sharp and they will deliver great install.

Not impressed with the service at all. Told them we already had an installer and they lost all interest immediately.We went to Carpet Call in North Lakes instead and got looked after very well.Only giving these guys an extra star because they stock a good range of floor coverings.

Just carpets came highly recommended by my friend who has dealt with them over a number of years. She recommended their consistency as a family business and quality of service & products, as well as their prices. I found them to be the same, and appreciated how they worked with us to get the best product for our situation at the price we could afford. I would also highly recommend them.

Replacement of carpets through townhouse done last week on Lacey Road at Carseldine---thank you to Mal who provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service, call backs and the opportunity to have our carpets replaced MUCH EARLIER than expected and when we were desperate! a HUGE thank you to Steve and Jessie---so down to earth and understanding and to do it all for us at once ----they worked so quickly and did an AMAZING job for us ---thank you---- so appreciated -- Lynny Walsh.
