Very rude manager on Saturday 30/11/2019.Bought dital watch 2 weeks ago, showing date 00 today, went in shop and showed the faulty watch, still not exchanging, telling has to be assessed by manufacturer and will take 5-6 weeks to get back. When asked for refund blant answer u already used it so can't get refund or exchange. Just have to wait until manufacturer says its faulty. Never buy anything from you Prouds..

Have bought a number of items here including helping my son chose his wedding set he purchased to propose to his now wife. Also buy a lot for my beautiful granddaughter. My first stop when jewelry shopping.

Fountain Gate Prouds (disgraceful) could learn alot from this store, the young lady who served me was so helpful, went out of her way to help me. Great demeanor and pleasant nature.
