Horrible. I went in to have my dogs nails clipped. They said come so I went and when I arrived and no one was very friendly from the phone call to the initial meeting in the shop. The woman, I think she is the owner or in a position of authority, said she would clip his nails.I explained that he has a long wick and you have to watch for it. She then proceeded to say hold him and started to quickly clip a nail. She clipped twice and the 2nd time she got the wick!! My dog yelped and she said Oh your not hurt your ok"

Took my Maltese Shutzu on short notice. Cute clip job. Dog very Happy when I picked him up. That to me is the most important thing.

I am extremely happy with hair of the dog grooming they groomed my old poodle and now my beautiful new girl mimi.. wow did she look stunning .. mimi although only a puppy with attitude and sooky loved the girls.. I drive from the peninsula to Malvern for clipping as I know I will be very happy with the end result.. I am constantly asked who clips her.. I highly recommend the salon

Took my two chihuahuas here for a wash and to get their nails trimmed. Usually, they’re quite anxious when being groomed BUT to my surprise when I picked them up, they were extremely relaxed. They treated my dogs so well and left them squeaky clean with paws to die for!

Long established, busy grooming parlor. The owner and staff breed and show Poodles. My wriggly baby puppy likes going there after only 3 clips. He is happy with Lyn and Nicole. I'm happy with the result. I've owned Poodles for years. Good ethical clippers are hard to find.

We had a great experience with Lynne who groomed our standard poodle and Japanese spitz. The grooming was excellent, the dogs were relaxed, and Lynne showed me how to best maintain the coats in-between visits. We are very happy.
