I love this store. Suzy is such a beautiful lady, so willing to help with all our fur-baby needs. They only stock the best healthy foods and have many natural products that have certainly assisted my old boys, who are 14. Not to forget the young Nitti in our family who is 16 months old and who just thrives on all their products. Thank you Suzy and Simon for bringing high quality exceptional products to our doors.

For every day the duck mince/duck mince and veg are Fantastic for my dog and cats. The roo mince doesn’t stink like the supermarket offerings. I also feel that while it is not cheap, it is not over the top expensive considering the quality and attention to detail. Plus it’s all gobbled up! No waste!I believe feeding food of high quality is aligned with prevention is better than cure. So glad I found BowWow and then tried them after being dissatisfied with a different, high end, and much more expensive product.My cats and dog adore this food. The stuffed chicken frame and duck feet are winners.

Like many new parents of a fur baby myself and my partner just towed the line in giving our Cocker Spaniel the same mass manufactured low grade food every day and the usual worming tablets, both of which put him off his food and made him quite sick after the medication. That was until myself and my partner began visiting the Bow Wow store. These guys are simply amazing. The knowledge, care and attention has transformed our dog into the happiest pooch in the world.Give these guys a go, rather than visiting the big corporate stores. You’ll never look back. When my westie was having a terrible yeast overgrowth on his skin and the conventional steroid treatments were only effective short term (and in fact made things worse in the long term), I went online researching how to heal him through a natural wholefood diet and natural skin treatments which led me to The Bow Wow Store. Suzie the owner (and Simon too!) are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the carefully curated high quality products, many of which are not available at other pet stores. Suzie is one of the most devoted dog owners I have met and I can tell that she only stocks products that she would use on her own beloved dogs Dahlia & Daisy. We have achieved great sustained results with my westie’s skin and I am so happy with the products that I have bought from the store that I am willing to drive an hour to get there, especially now that I have a second westie puppy. Suzie and Simon are so wonderful and always happy to help answer any questions, offer suggestions or just a chat about our fur kids!After attending a Raw Feeding workshop at The Bow Wow Store we obtained so much knowledge about what we should be feeding our fur babies to keep them happy and healthy. My pup Belle was such a fussy eater before transitioning her to raw feeding - now she will eat just about anything I put infront of her. There is always a great range of food, treats and supplements in store.Have to make sure to give Daisy and Dahlia a pat when we visit too!

Our dog has a lot of skin allergy issues and they have been on quite the journey with us offering advice, sharing experiences and offering comfort. Absolutely love this store! I've been a regular customer ever since I got my puppy, Jasper.Suzie has been incredibly helpful, from fitting his new harness to recommending supplements to help him get over recent tummy issues. Their range of healthy and natural foods and treats is awesome. It's good to know that I'm feeding my dog treats that are actually good for him and Australian made. If you need help with anything health and nutrition related for your dog this IS the place to go! Suzie is an absolute wealth of knowledge and the quality of her products are second to none! My Border Collie Sam has countless food allergies, ulcerative Colitis and fussy as heck to boot. For years we've struggled to get the balance of nutrition & enjoyment from his meals without upsetting his GI condition with flare ups (which means chronic bloody diarrhea for days on end and an enormous amount of stress and pain for him, not to mention dehydration ) Suzie's ground Duck Mince + Bestie supplement + Seaweed has seen his digestive health improve drastically to a positive state it hasn't been in for years. He is also far perkier than usual because he is clearly feeling great!
