No direct phone number to their office. Tried to have my appointment changed to a phone appointment as I injured my neck and my mobility is effected, and even after explaining to them that I had to have Xrays for it they told me I had to attend in person and they could only reschedule for the day after my initial appointment and if I did not attend my payments would be cut off.Considering they say if theres an issue with being able to meet the requirements that they will support and help out Im not feeling very supported right now.

As another review stated, there is no direct number to call the office. Every single time I have called, I have never actually gotten off hold and spoken to a person. Extremely frustrating and borderline pathetic to not be able to speak with these people who claim they want to support you. Staff can also be quite condescending and rude, however there are some nice people there.
