Installed faulty iPad screen and although prepared to replace it, their customer service is non-existent! The staff were laughing and making jokes about me, other customers were horrified and helping out! Totally embarrassing for both myself and the staff. Would not recommend at all - perfect example you get what you pay for!

I took my ipad 2 there to get my charging cord on the ipad that was stuck and there was a minor crack in the screen before i took it in to him. but when i got it back, big ben or one the employees had made it worse down the entire screen. He did n't want to admit that of course, i know what my ipad looked like before i took it in. Then i went back in to get the screen fixed for the crack and after weeks later of using it there has been black all around the ipad screen and it looks to me its getting more smaller and smaller so the ipad screen will end up with a black screen. All he wants is to make money of innoccent people who just want there device fixed for a cheaper price and want it done properly.Worst device repair store. Don't waste your money.

Send my partner there to replace my daughter's iPad screen. iPad was working fine except the touch screen. They wanted to sell her a battery advising her that the battery needs to be changed because it was crooked. They called a day after saying that they cannot repair it because there as an issue were the battery was soldered on the iPad board. I called them and they told me that the iPad does not turn on and that the battery smells burned. I told them that I expect at least to give it to me in the same condition that I gave it to them as it was turning on. They were very rude over the phone and they hang up on me twice! I will file a complaint to Miranda Westfield tomorrow and I will report them to Fair Trading. They only want to sell and they don't care about customer service. Stay away from them.

DO NOT GO TO BIG BEN COMPUTERS. Worst customer service experience I have ever had at any shop. Staff are extremely rude and arrogant. They were very unhelpful and very disrespectful towards me. I went in with a cracked screen of which they changed and I paid them $180.00 for, but they gave it back to me not working. I went in again the next day with a Chinese friend to help translate and they were rude and obnoxious to her as well too. They advised they would fix it and I said I would come in the next day and pick it up. The next day I came in to pick up my phone and we were greeted with sniggers and laughs and the boss came over to me and my partner and said we didn't fix your phone as the Chinese lady was rude to them". Which was totally untrue. After me advising that the gentleman serving us was in fact the rude one the boss said he would fix the phone. So after 3 days my broken screen finally got fixed. I will never go there again and I will advise anyone I can not to go there. This company shouldn't be allowed to run a business. They are giving Westfield a bad name."

Went there to fix my old iPhone 6s. Never expected they got original screen option, 50$ extra than their normal price. After 20 mins waiting, they got the job done excellently. It's now 3 months later, no drama at all. Nice phone repair shop. Recommended!!!!

I had come to this store to fix my iPhone 7 plus and to have the speaker changed as it was not working at all, the Person that day was very rude and had very bad customer service, I then got home to start using it and noticed that the top half of the screen wasn't responsive and the the speaker was still not working even tho I have asked him if it works now and one of the guys said yes, I then went back a couple days later as I was away for a short time and told one of the other guys that I had come in and had one of the guys who worked there fix if for me but didn't do a very good job, I was expecting for him to turn around and say it's not their problem considering they don't do warrintie and to my surprise one bloke took my phone and said no problem I'll sort it out, I came back half an hour later and everything was all fixed and working well! The guy who fixed it for me that day even gave me a free glass screen protector. Was very happy the day I came back but no happy with the other person who tried to fix if for me the first time

Paid $250 to get my phone fixed, had a cracked screen with water damage (which I didn’t know) and the phone kept turning on and off, they didn’t give me back my money or refund me for their parts back. Rudest owners also yelling and swearing at me.Previously they were good with other situations until this, it’s not about if they’ll rip you off, it’s about when.Nasty unprofessional owners.

Went to replace iPhones broken screen , they replaced it and gave warranty 6 month . Next day the screen stops working completely , when I came to them to give me a refund they said they didn’t fix the phone( I had the receipt and another guy remembered me) .. apparently it is not thesame glass that they use in their store, as it has a different stamp.... . They were rude and ignoring me when I was talking to them. The owner did nothing at all when I spoke to him. Don’t go there! They are liars , all they do is try to make money and don’t care about customers !

Took my iPhone 6S for a simple screen repair not only is the screen faulty (does not respond all the time but my touch ID does not work, took it to apple and was told it's not a original home button) these scumbags damaged my original home button and replaced it without telling me now my fingerprint will never work again! I went back in, they did replace my screen but would not admit to damaging my home button and took no responsibility. Dont take your stuff to these scumbags. They lie to your face and have no customer service whatsoever. Never again. Liars.

Took in a 2.5k laptop for a simple screen fix, come back once they say it’s ready to pick up.All of a sudden it’s “lost”. After being treated to disgraceful customer service, with racist remarks, being called stupid, and straight out lying to us.They eventually confessed they had given our laptop to someone else then tried to give us this other persons laptop!Continually stating it’s not their problem to fix.Their service is absolutely abissmal!
