Just a guick thank you to the store manager for realising the gasmate stove I returned was faulty now that I have the replacement I can see it was not safe. I really appreciate how he didn't hesitate to replace it and his knowledge of the product that's what will make me a customer for life.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend this BCF to anyone.

Returned and exchanged same product 3 times due to faulty plug on the back told heaps have been sold with no dramas not true my housemate has returned his also cause of same reason told I was of being too rough and I'm the cause rude as female worker got a refund $10 less than what I payed for it cause it was on sale when I find original receipt I'll be back

Been going here for over 17 yrs and have had a few hits & misses.Staff of late definitely could use some lessons in customer service. Also need to know their products or at least find the person who does. Had to take back an item that was guaranteed to be the right fit only to find out it wasn't. I asked all the questions & was told no problem . When took it back they then said it was on me. Ii said I'd asked all the questions and was told this was right. After a lot of time and back and forth finally managers sorted out a little reluctantly.Watch your gas here to. It's always hit and miss. Some don't fill the bottles properly others do. Bring it up and you'll get a waffle on of gas bottle procedure. It'll be a miss this place for me for now and find a place that know their stuff and treat customers how they should be

As mentioned in previous reviews, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !I was unable to return a camping chair (even though not used at all) because of dust on it and some slight scratches under the feet. Unfortunalety it was bought that way!!The salesperson kept saying it was used and refused to hear me. When I asked him if I could remove the dust, he then said that the beer holder was also upside down (even though in perfect state), also BOUGHT THAT WAY! He then went to ask his manager but of course the manager didnt even come and check the chair!Not even a goodbye when I left!
