Bryce and Nigel quoted my window replacement and delivered above what was quoted!! My new replacement windows happened to be on an extension part of my home. The previous windows had rotted wooden frames and that’s because I had an internal water leak from the roof above the frame. New windows went in and water was leaking into my home, I assumed it was the windows and Bryce returned to check and see what it could be, not once but three times Bryce come out of his way to help me identify how water was getting in. We finally found the cause, a few hole in the rendering letting water settle on the new windows internally to then find its way inside the house. Bryce spend another hour with me sealing up the roof (nothing to do with the new windows) Bryce said to me in general conversation that he would keep coming back until we found the problem. The problem was my extension not the new windows, very pilot, very professional and really put me as a customer first and foremost above the cost of driving down a hwy 3 times. This level of service is something that deserve this review. Thank you guys and to the people reading this - if your looking for a new window, window replacement or what ever service they offer, don’t waste your time on anyone else, these guys are the best in their field and service like this is something every home owner wants.
