A well deserved 5 stars, Ken from Jim Aitken & Partners contacted me immediately after I made an enquiry on a property for my daughter, from then on, Ken was amazing! Not being from the area, Kens local knowledge & expertise made it easy for us to make the decision to purchase the property my daughter wanted. The whole process was stress free & I cannot thank Ken & the staff at Jim Aitkin & Partners enough for their fantastic service, highly recommended!!

We had been to enough open homes over the previous few months to have met a good chunk of the agents in the Penrith area. Ken had been a stand out to us, and after meeting with him we decided to sell our unit with him. We absolutely made the right choice. He had a buyer in mind and we were able to sell our unit off market for a price we were extremely happy with. Ken made the whole process extremely easy for us. His communication was brilliant and he even gave emergency advice with our purchase (not through him) at 9 pm on a Friday night which he absolutely didn’t need to do (don’t do this haha). Overall Ken went above and beyond all of our expectations. We would absolutely recommend him and would happily use him again in the future.

I dealt with Kenrick and Diego when trying the purchase a property. Throughout the inspection, the agents bad mouthed the other buyers. I placed an offer in which was rejected that night. The property later sold for LESS than my offer. When I spoke to them on the phone, there was laughing in the background and making a joke and game out of the whole process. Buying a house is always a stressful process and being treated with such disrespect made the process even worse. I have had such a horrible time. I would NOT recommend.

My house had been on the market with another agent for 4 months and what a disaster that was, changed to Jim Aitken. My husband and I are more than pleased with Ken and Felipe from Jim Aitken who sold our house in a very short time. They were very responsive and Ken kept us in the loop always and was very helpful.I would most certainly recommend them as a selling agent.

Was informed my partner and I were top applicants for a property subject to the owner's approval and should be notified at the end of the day. We received no response and had to continually follow up for information.Eventually we got through to the office who told us they went with someone else last minute who paid more. The property manager didn't even bother calling to let us know, then went on annual leave.The unprofessionalism displayed by JIM Aitken + Partners over the past few weeks has been astounding.My partner and I are now facing homelessness in less than 2 weeks.
