Use to be a huge fan. Bought 3 devices over time then I got a what seemed to be a faulty one and got endless runaround. Re-flash, re-install from tftp, reconfigure etc. Same flakey symptoms. At the same time my two other devices worked faultlessly. Why would you even have to re-install everything for a box you just bought? They seemed to blame me. Now I have decommissioned the other two boxes. Gone from a fan to making sure no-one I know well ever buy one.
