Wow, find this little gem, in Wishart yesterday. Lovely service, but it was the food that was outstanding.I had the mixed wok tossed noodles.

Foods are ok but they do not have enough staff. Ordered takeaway and have to wait outside for about an hour! Even worse is to find out they gave me the wrong dish when I got home! Not happy!Anyway, appreciated the owner's following up to explain they had experienced the most busiest night over the last 5 months. Hope they can improve on managing their order handling.

I had beef and pickled cabbage soup with medium size noodles. Very delicious. Nice staff. Extensive menu with great prices. There’s a viewing window so customers can look from outside into the kitchen and watch the chef skilfully hand pulling the noodles. Pretty impressive.

I’ve dined here once and tried their food delivered on another couple of occasions. I tried the pork intestine noodle soup on site. I really liked all the elements from the homemade noodles to the simple and comforting beef broth and braised pork intestines. Pork intestine at some venues can be plain and unappetising but the version here flavoursome without any unpleasantness. I also tried their cold mixed noodles which were a tad over salted, and their braised beef noodle soup (not bad but I preferred the intestine version). Service on the premise was pleasant and the man making the noodles smiled when he caught my eye, which we don’t often see in working kitchens.
