JB Hi-Fi Marsden Park HOME

Quiet place and does carry a fair bit of stock but not everything. What takes it down is that the staff give a wibe of just not carrying about you. So many times have i pre-ordered something and not been given the right things. A package might be empty or special bonus not given so you have to really tell them or they won't know.

You can find a staff to assist if you have inquiries and to find a product you need and an option. I’m looking for a lens of a camera but unlucky it’s not available in the shop. Some good stuffs to look around. I normally go to this shop if I need some IT gadgets. Bought this item yesterday.

Good deals of products but staff are always busy from regular weekday and most especially on a weekend. It's not staff fault but I think JB hi-fi needs to hire more staff because customers always wait for staff assistance longer than 30 minutes and there were 4 customers waiting to get assistance for 1 staff member.

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions (see below). Won’t be returning for the staff, store is just close enough for a semi-reliable click and collect location.- price match: staff outlined a rule stating that price matches can only be made for products stocked in brick and mortar stores. I provided all the info for such a product held in a competing store in the city. staff refused with his reason being ‘I never accept this store’. the saving grace of this company is the web chat service. The online team accepted the price match without question and I picked up the product in-store :) I would’ve walked away happily had I not been lied to.- student discounts: in a similar fashion, I mistakenly returned to marsden park to use up some vouchers post-Christmas. If you’re a student or someone looking to make use of student pricing on any products, I’ll save u you some time - go somewhere else. I understand that some gift cards may be purchased on discount (and even acquired through suspicious means), but it just didn’t make sense that JB Hi-Fi, a (supposed) participating retailer, would not participate in this transaction. Staff on the phone said no, I called another Jb Hi-Fi store and they didn’t think twice about taking my gift cards.In short, you’ll be better served else where!

There were about 10 staff members on the store floor at JB Hi-Fi today, so definitely well staffed by upper management. Unfortunately, all but 2 were on their phones attempting to get Taylor Swift tickets, walking around discussing with each other about how far they were in the queue.This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing for a company that staffs their stores well, yet the staff members aren’t actually there to work.

Good JB hi-fi store that sells all your electronic and home appliance needs. They have a large of stock to cater for all brands, budgets and designs.Disappointed with the service here today. Took me 20 minutes to finally get a customer representative available to assist with my purchase of technology that is kept locked in the cupboards / storage (E.g. phones, GPS, camera gear, etc). This is despite me walking around and seeking the employees themselves. Other customers faced the same problems and even vented their frustration to me as they noted we all had the same problem.Otherwise if you come here for pure pickup and pay purchases should be quick and easy (e.g. games, cds, etc).Good location at Marsden Park.

Nathan the store staff is absolutely so helpful and hands down just as helpful and amazing as his store manager Justin! I wouldn’t shop at any other Jb ! Justin values in customer service and prides in himself to deliver excellent customer service and Nathan also ! I have been a returning customer to this store being my local Jb and I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied I am always so happy with the great service over the phone and excellent with handling any sorts of concerns ! So discussed with the service I witnessed my son receive today from a employee named Shane … he was rude very abrupt did not wish to give my son the time of day it was a effort to service him … myself and my family have patronised this business many times before because the service has been the opposite of today’s warm and welcoming as it should be … I myself manage a business and pleased this employee is not mine … could not even look my son in the eyes… my son is 28 so not a child … if had not been for previous service would have left and gone elsewhere … the employees at the warehouse made up for his attitude they were delightful …

Had interaction with a sales person in mobile section for S23+ mobile with Telstra plan. The person was not helpful at all and had no customer service sense. Keep going away every now and then. Couldn't do my Id verification with my license and wanted my AU passport for ID verification. I've never seen this anywhere. Not willing to sell the product even when customer willing to buy it. Ridiculas avoid. I didn't put the order and visiting the other store tomorrow.

We were in your store today and served by Shawn and he was an absolute gentleman and helped with all our items I would recommend him to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
