I am an interior stylist and I contacted Lencraft for a custom made ottoman on behalf of a customer. Len was very prompt with my enquiry and with the quote which was very reasonable. He was very professional and assisted with suggestions which were welcomed. My customer if very happy as the ottoman was done to specific measurements and the correct colour and fabric selection as specified. I can only speak based on my personal interactions with Len and will not hesitate to commission him for other upcoming jobs.

Customer service issue seems to be trending about this company. My enquiry received a 1 liner that says Sorry can't help you". Not a good way to respond to potential customer in my view."

I do not want to give any stars but you cannot post comment withoutclicking this star .Just an idiot who runs this business.very unprofessional.asked for $650 to repair a stitch approx 3 cm long for my sofa .very unprofessional approach.when I said that I bought the sofa with 2 grands and now for this tiny repair he wants $650 , he replied that this is not China". I know that but when you deal with a customer then you need to be more sensible with your approach .Never recommend to anyone.Please stay away from this idiot."

Very offended by this company. Contacted this company for insurance claim quote, was told to call. I then told them due to my hearing loss, I would prefer e mail. Then they just suddenly became silent and then suddenly reply with Sorry Cant help".The impression I got was that this company does not cater for people with disabilities
