Dry Clean Express

(Don't normally do this but I thought it was necessary) Just picked a pair of suit pants for my son, which had a written docket stating it had numerous stains. Lady at the counter retrieved the item and requested a payment of $10.50 for 1x pair of suit pants. Obviously, I have not done this in a while myself and it surprised me somewhat as to what I thought was a more than generous service cost. Ok, I guess it is what it is...However, I was equally taken aback by her vitriolic attitude and rude tone. Paid & left the store.My son has a wedding tomorrow and he examined the pants, only to find that noticeable stains were still visible as it is a light-coloured suit. Too late for a re-do.The experience has left me with ambivalence towards this service enterprise, and I will DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE. BUYER BEWARE I GUESS!

I went I asked for an item with a stain to be dry cleaned. The lady asked if I wanted it same day or next day so I said next day. I went passed the next day and gave her the docket she looked around the shop and after finally locating it she said the man is very busy and didn't have time to do it. No customer service or care at all for the inconvenience

Dry Clean Express are absolutely useless! I received an email to say my order would be collected by their next available driver, and that pickup would be today, after placing my order early Monday, but after my dry-cleaning was still sitting out the front, I had to call them. They didn't call me to say they were not able to collect my garments. She said the drivers had finished for the day, and my dry cleaning couldn't be picked up until the following Monday. Well, by that time it was too late.I would never use this company. They don't know how to run a business. No customer care was given what-so-ever. They are not even worth a 1 star.

Been using this business for years but never again. Picked up a satin formal gown today and discovered a fairly large water-like stain on the back of the gown. I didn't have time to return it as I needed it today. Don't know if they're under new management. I paid $25 for a visibly stained gown.

Great dry cleaner with VERY FAST turnaround. Parking can be a little tricky, but with the effort.

Omg... my beautiful trench coat has gone, please do not go to this place. I should have listened to the below comment made about the Hugo boss jacket.... they melted the rim of my coat, which was made of leather and they came back to me saying this is a manufacturer error and go back to the brand shop... are you serious? Let alone they did not contact me first but I had to go to shop again to ask for it. Then how could you explain to me that my previous dry cleaner never melted that part and I never had an issue with dry cleaning this garment?!?! When I heard this, I felt that this company doesn’t care but put the blame back on customer or manufacturer. There was no apology at all.... I cannot believe this.. please read this review before you get your expensive or valuable items dry cleaned or you will cry like me...........

Very disappointed! Inconsistency with ironing. I had to come back a few times and ask to be redone, and can’t keep wasting my time chasing the quality.

Sooo good we travel from Cranbourne to here as when we lived in the area they always did a great job.

Been using them for ages. Pickup and delivery option is convenient and it's cheap. Never ruined any of my clothes. Fast turnaround.
