Zupps Mt Gravatt Suzuki Service

Zupps have restored my faith in Mitsubishi service centres.They have bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and their approach to Customer Service should be the standard which other dealerships strive for.I bought my new Mitsubishi in NSW last year. The experience wasn't what I was hoping for. The after sales service was non existent. The experience was cattle class at best.When I arrived in Brisbane I got in touch with the closest Mitsubishi Service centre to book in for 15,000km service and have a warranty issue fixed. I rang, I left messages..my calls were not returned.I finally got some girl on the phone who huffed and puffed at me. Acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Apparently I would need to arrange at least 2 days leave a multiple ubers.Not great. So I tried Zupps. And I'm so glad I did.My first phone call was answered! Politely! By a wonderful helpful lady who answered all of my questions about my 10 year warranty and the service I needed. Imagine that!Then I was booked in for a Saturday. It was a bit of a wait- but she rang me back 2 days later and offered me an earlier Saturday appointment due to cancellation.I messaged her last week to see if they had courtesy bus that worked on Saturday so we could head to Westfield's and do some shopping while the car was getting done.No courtesy bus on a Saturday- so they gave me a loan car!This is how it should be done. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Amazing.They even have a coffee machine.5 stars!So happy with everything! Highly recommend. Will be back.

Friendly staff. Patient with questions. Give good explanations. Maybe need larger customer lounge - ended up sitting outside the lounge and there were still people standing while waiting
