Fiona is fantastic! Before going to her, I struggled to stay standing on my cafe shifts because of the back pain I would get, and by the end of my shift I was always in so much pain and needed to lie down/ have a hot shower for relief. Fiona has been able to drastically reduced the pain I get on shifts, and has provided me with many excercises to do in order to maintain my health and comfort. Absolutely recommend Kilmore Family Chiropractic!
