Subaru Docklands

Quite possibly the best experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle. A tale unlike any.Coming from the most disappointing wait of 11months at Melbourne City Toyota, only to be delivered the wrong car - the team at Subaru Docklands truly made my year so far.I walked into dealership to place an order for new Subaru BRZ with Sanjay as I had to cancel my order of the wrong car from the previous dealership. Prior to that, 11 months ago I had test driven the BRZ with Sanjay and it was a thrill. I should have listened and trusted my gut - to place an order then.Fast forward 11 months later, here we are, I have a brand new BRZ courtesy of the efficient and amazing team at Subaru Docklands. After hearing my previous experience in waiting for a Toyota GR86, coupled with the fact that the new BRZ I had placed an order for was nearly 95% identical to the showroom car they had on hand - the team of Simon, Sanjay, Abhi, Guy and Manny - made my wish of owning a BRZ/86 come through.I was offered the sale of the showroom model and the car was delivered within 6 days! The communication was prompt, precise and accurate. The team was amazing to deal with from the get go and did their best to deliver a service unlike any.They say miracles do happen, Subaru Docklands definitely do deliver them!

Subaru Docklands has the overall greatest customer service. The best part is having a sales consultant like ABHI who is God sent ❤️ He guided us since day 1 where we were just trying to figure out the car that fits our needs, thus, considerably a blessing to us. I highly recommend him to be part of your Subaru journey. He made ours extra special and we can't thank him enough. Had a great experience purchasing my Subaru XV fromSubaru Docklands.Joey in sales was great, I was seriously only popping in to check out the XVs and within half an hour I had made my purchase.Joey was down to earth, friendly & informed me on everything I needed to know about the vehicle.Nabila in finance was great & ensured the sale went through trouble free.Kelly & Brett in service were fantastic & extremely helpful in explaining my future servicing schedule.Would definitely recommend Docklands Subaru to anyone wanting to buy a new / used car.The experience was exceptional.

Our salesman Chris was amazing, we did not feel pressured at all still went for top of the range. We were kept up to date on the progress while waiting for it to be delivered. Chris walked us through all the details of the car and even paired our phones for us, amazing service, highly recommend if you are looking for a Subaru go see Chris at Docklands.

Dealer experience was seamless. Abhi in sales and Paul in finance were both courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Communication from both was excellent. This dealership is highly recommended based on my experience with both team members.

BEWARE: I'm out of pocket thousands of dollars as they failed to help me under warranty. I'm extremely upset and disappointed at the lack of post-sales support (pre-sales was actually good). Lack of communication and my efforts to contact them were useless.I paid over $70k for a used BMW M3 from Subaru in Docklands. The post-sales support I've received has been shocking and still no one has gotten back to me, so I'm writing this review.It all started when I heard a noise from my rear diff. As part of the roadworthy process they supposedly changed the rear diff mount, but since there was a noise I brought it back under warranty in December 2022. The head mechanic confirmed there was a noise and it had to be checked by a third party Euro specialist.I received no loan car, and was told they would try to get me one. The car sat for a week, and they were unable to get it into the Euro specialist as they were busy. It was so hard to call for any updates so I had to go in in person! When I came in they offered me a loan car as they had several (but I was told everyday they didn't have any) - this was really frustrating!Finally they told me I can take my car as it was driveable, but to drive it carefully as the sound wasn't a great sign. I was told I would be contacted the next month after the New Year when they would book in the Euro specialist.Fast forward a month and no one contacted me. I tried emailing and calling, only to find out the customer service rep had left Subaru and no one was looking after my case. I was assured a new rep would help, so I gave them a couple of weeks to organise.Since February I've tried calling, but they're always busy and I can't get through or past reception. I was told to fill in a form on the website, to which I also got ZERO RESPONSE! I do not have time to constantly chase them up due to lack of customer service.The rear diff noise was still there for months, and I was hesitant to drive it as I was told to drive carefully even though it's a $70k+ performance car which I'm supposed to be enjoying. After several months of no support from Subaru, I had to find my own Euro specialist who ended up redoing the rear diff mount and now the sound is gone. Too bad I'm out of pocket a couple of thousand dollars and totally forgotten by Subaru...I'm still waiting for them to contact me but I'm not holding my breath.

Very pleasant experience and very quick and smooth transaction. Me and my family visited Subaru Docklands on Saturday and easily get everything done and have my car dropped off on Monday by Aaron.Aaron has been quite friendly and helpful with his professional experiences & knowledges. And Zeeshan has helped me in a very fast way to get all the payment & finance sorted.Me and my family love the Subaru Forester. Just don’t want to get off the vehicle. I guess I will sleep in the car all night ;)
