I have to say, the customer service at Hennessy Coffee is exceptional! There was a small problem with one of my items being damaged during shipping and so I contacted Hennessy via email and first thing the next morning they sort it out straight away with me, I did not expect it to be that quick with it being Christmas eve and all! I also love the taste of their Platinum Blend of beans. Highly Recommend this company to any coffee lovers!

Not good .Never notified me of a discontinued product untill after I ordered it .Was clearly on the web page for sale after I purchased it they removed it .Now I'm getting a different product and need pump as it's not raw .No pump supplied .Not using company again .First and last time .

I found Hennessy when I was at La Tratt (Fairfield RSL) and they were using the coffee to make Cold Drip. Got hooked. I now use the Toddy Cold Brew Maker to make my own using Hennessy Black Diamond blend (plunger ground). Delivery is always prompt.
