Kym, John and TJ were very courteous, professional and personable too. Wendy and I would have no hesitation in recommending The Grout Guys and we are very impressed with the use of technology to keep things running smoothly as well as keeping us informed along the way. We had grout replaced in two bathrooms.

Had the grout guy out to regrout leaky shower. Contractor damaged more then 8 tiles. Some more then others. Contractor came back out and attempted to cover up damaged tiles.No contact from the grout guy trying to follow up. Very disappointing.Edit*1 week later :Still have not had any follow up. No phone call. Zip.I have paid the bill regretfully. I can assure you that I will not recommend your company and make it clear of the poor service and quality of work I received.Edit: still no contact

Manav from the Grout guys arrived on time and completed our regrout in about 6 hours. He was a very pleasant man and the shower looks like brand new. Very happy with the workmanship.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE DAMAGE AND HAVE ATTEMPTED LEGAL ACTION TO SEEK PAYMENTInitially came out in March 2022 - took huge chunks out of 7+ shower floor tiles and chipped every single floor and wall tile with the grinder when removing the old grout.Agreed to fix the damage, requiring full payment once complete.Returned in November 2022 - re-tiled the shower walls with the wrong sized wall tiles (which now don't align with any of the original tiling) shower floor remains damaged, paint on the walls is now damaged, replacement mosaic border tiles not level.We would never have agreed to have them complete any work if I knew the position we would be left in. We may as well have renovated the bathroom as have been quoted over $10k by multiple tilers to fix the damage.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONSUMERS CONTACT AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER PROTECTION FOR ADVICE REGARDING THEIR RIGHTS WHEN DEALING WITH GROUT GUY.

Absolutely outstanding job by Aaron today. Aaron was punctual, courteous and did an amazing job with the regrout - our old bathroom looks like new. Aaron also offered advice on a retile job that I will be more than happy to use Grout Guy for in the future. Thank you.

Had an amazing experience with this company. Had been recommended by a friend in the property management business who also had great experiences with this company. Zac was polite and extremely professional, he quoted on the job which was very competitive and then returned to undertake the work. I can not recommend more highly. Will definitely use again.
