Tom is professional and efficient. He will give you what you need, not up-sell you things you don’t. He has built a spectacularly pretty pink pc and custom keyboard for my daughter and she loves it. I love that he just picked up the phone and had a conversation also. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Amazing all-round service. Don't waste your time with anyone else, this is the guy to buy your next rig from. Very knowledgeable, honest and will direct your away from a bad decision, but if you have you heart set on something is more than happy to cater. Very efficient - 2 days for my custom build. If I needed 10 more machines I would go with CCC every single time. Cheers dude

I came to Tom because I wanted a PC that could play Hogwarts Legacy. Tom is well educated and he talked me through what I needed. Overall good service and advice as well as building a fantastic PC. He updated me throughout. It was finished sooner than expected. Four or so months on and no issues. 10/10

My son had a clear vision of what he wanted in a PC. You can’t buy what we wanted from any shop but Tom (Coastal Custom Computers) was able to source everything from his local supplier. The customer service was fantastic. From the get-go, he had exceptional communication and sent through a quote with a few different options to consider. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. The build took barely a week and it is AMAZING! Tom helped with setting it up at our home and was only too willing to continue answering our questions. Pricing was competitive and PC looks and runs AMAZING! Tom is a genuine bloke, no ‘talking the talk’ like we came across when we started looking into custom builds. His service is very professional and hassle free; from the pre-discussions, to quote, to the appointment, to post conversations. My son has his dream PC and we are very happy with the brilliant, honest and professional service. Quality build with premium parts at a fair price. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a custom build. Thank you so much.

Coastal Custom Computers is a top notch local Sunshine Coast business. I met Tom (the owner) while at Umart and he helped me, sight unseen, when he overheard some of the issues I was having. His knowledge base on computer parts was vast and contemporary. I decided to get him to design and build my computer and I am very happy with the result.He communicates well, is very friendless and his work is great. I will definitely use Coast Custom Computers again! Highly recommend.

right away was met with absolutely amazing customer service, I had a budget to work with and after chatting about the sort of games I played and what I needed to run those games, I was given a few options at both the lower end of my price range and the higher range. Was given plenty of information to help me decide, Went for the lower price but was given plenty of great information on the sort of things I could upgrade in the future. Amazing experience from start to finish and will defiantly be back if I need anything in the future
