JUMP! Swim Schools Port Kennedy

I cannot emphasize enough in words just how amazing Jump Swim Schools Port Kennedy are! Since transferring my now 4 ½ year old daughter to Jump mid last year her confidence and skill level has skyrocketed beyond our belief! The smaller class size, intimate and personalised instruction and highly qualified staff has contributed to our daughter achieving in the pool at a level we never imagined. From the age of 6 months she progressed through swimming levels at a larger swimming facility purely due to her age and not her ability, which I was never entirely happy with. At Jump she remains at a level until she achieves all outcomes confidently and consistently, which is what I believe swimming should be about. I now also have my 6 month old daughter at Jump and, like her big sister, she is doing amazingly well. Her strength and confidence to tackle all tasks put to her is a credit to her very talented swimming teacher and Jump Swim Schools as a whole. My little one has Down Syndrome which has been of no concern to her teacher nor to Jump, as it is my understanding that they have numerous little ones enrolled who have a variety of abilities and life challenges. She is engaged, challenged and encouraged just as much as her swimming peers. The physical benefits of having her in the water at this age has included a noticeable increase in her strength and coordination which we know will have a positive impact on her overall physical development. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Jump. We are forever grateful for all your hard work in assisting our little girls in becoming confident capable swimmers.

My son absolutely loves going to swimming lessons! Jess and Olivia have been his teachers and could not rate them higher!!

Nice place. Excellent place to learn how to swim great and friendly staff. Who are willing help and drive your children's (my case grandchildren) swimming to the next level .

Fun filled 30mins watching granddaughter enjoying her swim lessons with short bursts of fun songs and learning different skills such as head under water, jhmp in, safe holding on side of pool, walking on the floating mat.

I would give 0 stars if an option.First lesson even after arriving early the paperwork took longer than expected with the front desk. Wasn't just $35 plus two weeks. It was $35 + 2 weeks + the whole month lessons in advance.The lady teaching the lesson was grumpy we were late" even though we begun paperwork with over 30 mins before lesson.If you don't cancel 2 weeks before the start of a new month they charge the whole next month to your card.We couldn't make 2 lessons (called with ample time) so make-up lessons were to replace these but we werent called to be offered these nor were we told they had to be before our last paid day.(Meaning we paid $ 47.50 each lesson for the 3 lessons we were able to make) and no refunds or make-up lessons offered.Definitely would NOT recommend this swim school to anyone"

All three of our children love learning to swim at Jump! Port Kennedy. We have been going there for six years and it has always been welcoming.
