Matt is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I ordered new impala light up skates via the website. I originally ordered the skates in white. Matt called me shortly after placing my order to inform me there was an ordering error as the skates were not available in that colour in the size I needed.He then went to offer me other colours.Now originally I wanted the aqua impalas, but didn’t want the hassle of changing the wheels myself. So when Matt apologetically offered me the aqua colour I jumped at the opportunity. He offered to put the light up wheels on for me and then proceeded to give me the option of pink or blue wheels. He offered his advice that the pink would better suit the accents of the aqua skate. He got them built out and shipped to me within two days.Matt was absolutely so lovely to deal with and kept apologizing for the mix up even tho I told him this better suits me! It honestly made my day. Thank you Matt!!

People write reviews for two reasons, exceptional performance, or exceptionally poor performance. Bayside blades falls into the first - exceptionally good. I first came across Bayside Blades online, realised they had a physical store front, went down and got myself some new blades (which the team molded to my feet). That's since turned into several pairs of inlines and a pair of quads (in a very short time), as well as several for my kids. On top of amazing product knowledge, the team are also linked into the various communities, be it slalom, speed skating, rec skating etc. I have kids interested in different things and have received amazing advice on things like speed skating setups (and things like restrictions with age and wheel size), as well as my own slalom setup. I've purchased a lot of gear (some may call it an obsession), I've only had one issue with one item and Bayside literally sorted me out in 20 minutes (40 minutes after that I was at a rink skating again). You can't top old school service from people who know their industry, their product and actually enjoy what they do. Would highly recommend the team at Bayside Blades. Big shout out to Dan G and Tyson who have had infinite patience with myself and my kids!

Matt was so helpful. He didn't rush me at all and took out all different styles for me to try. highly recommend this shop as it had a big range and lots of sizes.

Probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had due to Billy’s lovely customer service, both in store and communicating via email. Refreshing to see how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were. Bayside Blades are quite possibly the greatest company I've ever dealt with. I bought a scooter for my daughter's birthday which arrived the very next day! Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit by the unnamed transport company. I spoke with Todd who sincerely sympathized with my situation and arranged an immediate replacement BEFORE having me return the damaged one. This also arrived the very next day! Todd, you are an absolute legend and if it wasn't for you and your team, my daughter would not have opened her new scooter on her birthday. I very much appreciate all you did, and I look forward to dealing with you again in the near future.
